Actually. But i am not sure why i thought nit just her, but the team knows theres more to the Rawte-Rathore duel and Riya probably knows more thanks to her research and since she has a soft(er) corner for Arjun wanted to help in whatever way to heal. (it could be influence of other stories)

Rathore arjun both need to ask for forgiveness. In all stories it's like arjun saying sorry but in a heated situation both are wrong. Rathore for not trusting him accusing him and Arjun continue to push him away and undermining his authority as a boss

Now, because that did not happen, Arjun is being reckless because he wants to hurt Sameer and bring out the anger and Sameer is somewhere justifying his outburst with Arjun's actions.

If you remember we had the same discussion in Wattpad that senior/boss need to give a basic respect, something many fanfic and the show itself undermine to uplift the main character..not saying this ff does it. I feel Rathore here is portrayed with brain and how a leader should be, without Petty catfight with Rawte
