The ride back to Mumbai was a silent one. Both of them were feeling strange. Sakshi didn't noticed that they almost reached at her place so she got no time to stop Arjun before. She stopped Arjun right in front of her cottage.
Sak :- Mera ghar aagaya.
Arj :- *looking around* Tum idhar rehti ho???? Yaha sunsaan jagah pe??
Sak :- Haa.
Arj :- Mumbai ke andar kyu nahi rehti??? Outskirts pe kyu???
Sak :- Woh yeh cottage mere Mom Dad ka hai...yaha woh apna quality time spend karte the. So ab mai yaha unki yaadon ke saath rehti hu *smiling*
Arj :- Oh..okay!!!
Sakshi was stepping out of car when Arjun heard a little faint sound.
Arj :- Yeh awaaz...pani ki hai????
Sak :- Haa yeh jharne se aa *pause**in mind* Sakshi aajkal tu bohut galtiyan kar rahi hai. Kya hogaya hai??!! *to Arjun* Woh dur jungle mei ek jharna hai waha se hi aa rahi hai. Thanks! Bye!
Sakshi literally ran from there. Arjun was staring at her with total confusion. He then shrugged that thought from his mind and drove towards Sam's home.
At Sam's home,
Arjun entered only to find whole team standing in living room and Masa was sitting on the sofa. Arjun ran and hugged her.
Arj :- Masa aap kab aayi???
Masa :- Bas thodi der phele. Tumhara mission kaisa tha???
Arj :- Masa mission humesha tiring hi hota hai.
Masa :- Isiliye bol rahi hu Shaadi karlo. Kam se kam waha se thake haare aayoge toh koi toh hoga jiska muskrata hua chehra dekh ke dil ko sukoon milega.
As Masa said that, Arjun's mind went to all the happenings that had happened after the mission. Time spent with Sakshi. Her smile.
What!! Wait...Where Sakshi came from???
Arj :- Masa aap bhi na...
Masa :- Bass ab aur nahi sunungi mai. Aapki masa ne aapke liye ek ladki pasand ki hai.
Arj :- Masa!
Masa :- Riya.
Arj :- *shocked* Masa Riya...par...
Masa :- Riya ne haa kardi hai. Aap bohutt khush rahenge iss shaadi se Arjun maniye meri baat. Aapki masa aapka bhala hi sochegi...Jayie riya ke saath baat kariye
Both Riya and Arjun went in balcony to talk. Arjun liked Riya but not in that way. The main problem is that Arjun don't want to settle down with anyone, be it Riya or somebody else.
Arj :- Riya isse phele tum kuch kaho I want to say ki mai iss shaadi keliye ready nahi hu. Mai shaadi keliye hi ready nahi hu.
Ri :- Sir sach bolu toh mai bhi. Mai bhi iss shaadi keliye...*looking down*
Arj :- Tumne haa kyu kaha phir????
Ri :- Sir aunty ko mai mana nahi kar paayi. Unko lagta hai mai aapko khush rakh skti hu...bohut umeedien hai. Aap hi kuch kijiye na sir.
Arj :- Yeh kya ho raha hai???...*frustatedly*
Ri :- Sir...I know aap Sameer sir aur Aisha ko leke pareshaan ho..
Arj [rubbing his temple]:- Kya karu mai Riya???? Both have feelings par behave aise karte hai jaise dono sirf colleagues ho.
Ri :- Sir let them be...unhe bohut jald realise hoga aap dekhlena..
Arjun nodded and they both went outside. Masa already went to her room to do rest and team left.
At night,
Sakshi was walking on the beach and humming a song when she felt someone's presence behind. She turned immediately and was stunned to see Arjun there.
Arj :- Arrey! Ruk kyu gayi...it was nice *smile*
The memories of today came rushing to her. She was in her cottage with her tai when Dhruv came. He looked angry, disappointed and...sad.
Sak :- Dhruvii kya hua????
Dhr :- Arjun is getting married...with Riya.
Sakshi felt like someone had shot a bullet through her heart. Arjun...the one she loved with all her heart and soul was getting married. He will be someone else's now. But when was he yours Saki??? Came a voice from her heart
Sak :- *composing herself and smiling* Wow!!!!! This is a great news. Sunn!! Shaadi ki date batana we will celebrate.
Dhruv was shocked seeing Sakshi's reaction but it's not like he had expected something else.
Dhr :- *raising his voice a bit* Saki I said Arjun is getting married. Woh Arjun jisse tu pyaar karti hai.
Saki :- *calmly* Mai karti hu woh nahi karta. Dhruv jo cheez meri hai hi nahi uspe adhikaar jatane ka haq nahi hai mujhe. I'm happyy...I'm happy for him. Atleast woh kisi ko apni life mei aane ka mauka de raha hai.
Dhr :- *angrily* Saki sorry!!! Mujhe tera yeh pyaar kabhi samajh nahi aayega.
And then Dhruv just went from there. Sakshi went to her tai who was working in the kitchen.
Sak :- Ab yeh pics bhi utarni padhengi. I will be needing your help tai.
Tai :- Sakshi kyu???
Sak :- Tai ab uski pics pe mera koi haq nahi hoga...
Tai :- Mai woh nahi keh rahi hu...Saki..chodh...tu bas yeh samajh Dhruv cares for you. That's why he behaved like this..bura mat manna.
Sak :- Hmm...I know.
Sakshi knows Dhruv cares for her but...she saw something else too. She saw an emotion flicker through his eyes when he mentioned about Arjun getting married to...Riya. Maybe...hurt.
Sakshi was pulled out of her trance by clicking of fingers. Arjun was looking at her confused.
Arj :- Kya hua??? I called you so many times but no respond.
Sak :- Kuch nahi...bass aise hi.
Arj :- *sigh* Can I sit here for sometime???
Sakshi nodded but she was confused at Arjun's behaviour. Why is he looking so upset???!!!
Sak :- What happened??? Aap itne pareshaan kyu lag rahe hai??? Everything alright???
Arj :- Noo!!! Everything is not alright.
Sak :- *hesitantly* Agar aap chahe toh share kar skte hai...shayad mai kuch madad kardu.
Arj :- Pheli problem woh jo meri maa jaisi hai ..woh meri shaadi karwaa rahi hai.
Sak :- Congratulations...
Arj :- What congrats??? I don't wanna marry par mai masa ka dil nahi tod skta.
Sak :- Dekhiye...aap agar shaadi karna chahte hai toh hi kariye. Agar nahi toh mana kar dijiye. Aap apni masa ka dil nahi todenge balki tootne se bacha lenge. Abhi aapne shaadi karli baadmei khush nahi rahe toh tab tootega unka dil. Tab unhe aisa lagega ki unhone do zindagiyan barbaad kardi. Woh aapki maa hai...woh aapko samjhengi. Unhe keh dijiye ki right girl milne pe aap usse shaadi karlenge.
Arjun was looking at Sakshi blankly. Maybe he knew this was one solution but he was not sure. He needed confirmation which he got.
Sak :- Dusri problem????
Arj :- *getting up*Mera dost...usse apne hi dil ki baat nahi pata. Yaha tak ki ladki bhi anjaan hai.
Arjun didn't know why he was sharing all this with Sakshi. But he knew one thing that he needs to share this or else his head will blast.
Sak :- Toh phir realise karwaayie simple.
Arj :- *sigh* Itna asaan nahi hai...tumhare paas koi idea hai????
Sak :- Umm...aap toh ladki ko jaante hi hoge...kyu na aap uss ladki ke saath rahiye aur apne dost ko jealousy feel karayie.
Arj :- Mai unki love story banana chahta hu...khud uska villian nahi banna chahta. Rehne do!!
Sak :- *looking at the sea* Jab tak dard nahi hoga pata kaise chalega ki chot lagi hai.
Arj :- Matlab???
Sakshi turned her face towards Arjun and their eyes were locked for a moment "Jealousy feel hogi tabhi toh realise hoga ki feelings hai."
Arj :- Mai hi kyu???
Sak :- Kyunki aap pe bharosa kiya jaa skta hai...agar kisi third person ko beech mei laaye kya pata woh pyaar badhaane ki jagah unki duriyaan badha de.
Arj :- Sameer mujhse jealous nahi hota. I have tried many times *shrugging*
Sak :- No!!! Aisa nahi hai...jealous toh woh hote honge...bass umm jaise hi woh aap logo ko saath dekh ke jealous hote honge ussii waqt aapki aur Sameer ki dosti uss jealousy ko shaant kar jaati hai. Aap unki jagah hote toh aapka bhi yahi reaction hota.
Arj :- Hmm toh ab...kuch aur idea???
Sak :- Umm romantic date fix kardijiye...romantic atmosphere mei majbur hojayenge realise karne pe.
Arjun was thinking something so Sakshi thought of leaving. She bid him bye and turned around to leave when Arjun's voice came "Tum mera saath dogi??"
Sakshi was stunned. She turned again to see Arjun looking at her with hopeful eyes.
Arjun :- *whispers* Waise bhi yeh date wate mujhse plan nahi hoti...
Even if it was a whisper, Sakshi heard each word of it. An unknown smile made it's way to Sakshi's lips.
Sak :- Kuch kaha aapne????
Arj :- Just yeh ki meri madad karogi...dekho...mana nahi karna *nervously* Maine..dekho tumhari kitni help ki...tumhari jaan bachayi, tumhe safe jagah laya, tumhara birthday celebrate kiya, tumhe safely ghar pahunchaya...toh itna toh kar hi skti hona mere liye...
Sakshi was trying to control her laughter. This was a new side of Arjun. As Sakshi was silent, Arjun continued "Bolo...dogi na mera saath??" He forwarded his hand. Again hope filling his eyes.
As Sakshi's body was working on it's own her hand moved forward to fit in his big palm. Her lips moved on their accord and an audible whisper came out "Humesha"
