Well this is completely unaccepatable !!- yu should not copy any stories from anyone

A writer puts his heart & Soul in the story and people just balantly copy

I am glad that you guys caught it .. we definately should take more measures to make sure these things dont happen again

Helloo everyone...well first of all its very sad that even now some people are still stealing others stories which clearly shows their hardwork,their passion for writing.People should really grow up and follow the right path as stealing wont lead to anywhere but leave you with a bad consciousness always!!

Coming to kiya aka press,well i believe you are a writer as well thus am damn sure you know the effort writers put in to think,go in that world of the story,put them in the character place and write,then how come you stole all these stories...am sorry but thats totally shame for doing that...none of ur excuse/explanation is convincing us unless you show some proof like avnii.rituu.shree did!!

Rituu,avnii and shree am sure you all are shocked,angry by what happen but I hope you all dont stop writing :)

Kiyaa/pree I hope you know what you did is a serious offense according to IT law as writers did put a copyright on their work!!

Hi guys,

I have a simple suggestion, but it will involve legal repercussions for the guilty party.

Any post/story on the plagiarised site will have a unique MAC id of a system and an unique IP address that it comes from.

If Kiya is innocent as she claims then the MAC id & IP address of this elusive Pree will definitely be different from hers.

If you don't have access to this kind of info by ourselves (in case you know a hacker, you will) you could contact the Cyber Crimes department of any country.

I agree.. We're considering something along the lines since this seems to be the only way to figure out the guilty party's identity..

That way Kiyaa's claims can either be proven or refuted, and Pree can be booked too..

Well, we're offering a chance to the suspect to explain herself, but it seems that crying foul, and confessing to something she hasn't apparently done is what she prefers..

Khair.. We just gotta be more alert now on.. All of us here at IF who write.. And secure our works on our own.. so no one can get away with copying them..

I agree.. no writer should have to go through what we did - this is just worse than a nightmare and try as I want to, I just cannot get over the fact that someone was shamelessly advertising MY story, MY plot out there, and enjoying all the comments and fandom.

I do not want fandom but I do want people to respect what is ours and not steal it.

Anyway.. yeah you're right! We have picked ourselves up (thanks to so many of our friends - and some crazy ones😆)

Of course.. see we have alternate career options now😉

One thing i dont understand is that how kiyaa and pree are soo close like what the hell,how can they like talk to avni or rituu in a while and then at the same time all the stories deleted...either am not soo intelligent and not understanding or kiya/pree playing a double role here...well kiya if you're claiming ur innocent and its not you who did all this then am sure somehow,somewhere you'll find some proof to prove your innocence...because am sorry all these are just proving that you did wrong!!

And and am moore angry on you because rituu,avnii and shree are dear friends to me and because of this they were really stressed out...i never saw my bestie rituu like this ever😭😭

Please, I encourage you to believe that what I claim to say is true. I am aware you're deeply hurt by what's happened, and I understand that.

Perhaps we can find a middle ground that doesn't involve legal repercussions? Please, maybe a test of some sort? I vow that in the future everything I write will be 100% original, believe me! I will NOT in any circumstances take another writer's piece of work and pass it off as my own. I AM trying my level best to get a hold of Pree, but to no avail.

So, I don't think I can put it in a better way than Avni and Shree...

But I do want to ask you one thing Kiya - if you're innocent, why are you just accepting the blame and not doing anything to prove otherwise? I really trusted you when you commented and at times PMed me when I started a story - I cannot get over the fact that you personally PMed me when I started Web of Love ... and then it gets copied by "Pree"

Not only copied, but advertised on all sorts of social media.

Do u know how many hours it took me to get the plot together? How many notes I made?!! And for a second if I think Pree did this copying - I seriously want to know how she knew I was starting a new story unless she had control over your IF account too?

@BOLD and RED - That's really weird because we found the exact same words of the first chapter on FF.net, copied WORD FOR WORD. And this was an Arakshi story, "written" by you!

So then you (or Pree) and that other author must have a serious mind-to-mind connection (what a discovery for mankind!) that you think about writing the same words, the same sentences, in exactly the same order. 👏

Now you're saying you didn't know about Ajeeb si dastaan - what is "A Strange Journey"? Oh and how did Pree know about it ? Because it was copied WORD FOR WORD.

You know this story is really close to my heart and as a reader, I feel betrayed that the characters I loved and connected to were being exposed elsewhere, with their names changed and even the hindi dialogues translated.. like really🤔

I won't even begin to mention my nine stories - two of which I believe were my best works. (I am still shocked at the number)

We're still considering the actions we want to take... and I would really like to see an existence of this Pree. Surely you must have some kind of a conversation saved with her?

I mean you handed over everything to her so it goes without saying that she must have been at least a close friend? So u must have her phone number? Address? It seriously isn't that difficult to trace down a friend...

Or ok if you can't - you must have SOME email or a chat which says you handed over your passwords to her?

I mean, if this were me instead of you, I wouldn't just give my passwords over the phone (oh wait, then u can just call her?). Oh not to mention, I would try my best to prove myself innocent !

Also, if you say "Hearts United" was just a copied concept, then how come those stories are gone now? If the writing is yours, why did you just go and remove them?

Anyway, I am done with this... I do hope that if you did indeed do this then you don't do it in the future. If you or her have any of our works saved then please DELETE them coz they don't belong to you.

And I should let you know, we're not going to stop looking for our works now.. who knows where else and what else has been copied elsewhere?

We do have software to do the checks and we shall be using them from now on to make sure that none of our works are being plagiarised. Both of us have wasted a lot of time when we could have been writing... but this has been a lesson, not just to us but to everyone else too I guess.
