Chapter 20:

After giving Sakshi to Liza Sunaina came back and together they went to the drawingroom. 2^nd Sadhu had already arranged a havan and was chanting what he could get on his mind. When Arjun and Sunaina entered the room he was reciting the poem "Humpty Dumpty sat on the wall" (a poem from nursery. Dear readers imagine just once, a scary looking sadhu reciting a kids poem and putting ghee on the fire). Rajan, Ramla and Dev were watching him with open mouth. As they were illiterate, they thought it must be some kind of mantra. Arjun and Sunaina was having a hard time to control their laughter. After sometime Arjun went their and sat beside 2^nd Sadhu aka Karan.

Arjun: Hmmm. Ghor anarth hone wala hai. Bohot shaktishali hai yeh aatma.

Rajan: Baba kuch kijiye. Jo karna ho kijiye likin haame uss ashubh chaya se mukti dilayie.

Ramla: Ha baba. Aap jo kahenge haam wohi karne ke liye tayar hai.

Arjun: Ek rasta hai. Isske sibha uss aatma se bachne ka aur koi rasta nehi. Kya tu yeh kar payega.

Rajan: Baba aap batake toh dekhiye?

Arjun looked at Karan once and then looked at Rajan's eyes.

Arjun: Baliii. Woh aatma khun ki pyasi hai. Usse khun chahiye. Ek taaja jawan aadmi ki bali chadani hogi.

Rajan, Ramla and Dev sighed visibly.

Rajan: Koi baat nehi Baba haam baas abhi intejam karte hai.

Arjun hold up a hand to stop him.

Karan: Koi bahar ke admi ka nehi iss vangsh ki khun chahiye.

Now they became scared. What will they do now?

Ramla: Aisa kaise ho sakhta hai. Iss vangsh pe aisa...

Her words cut short by Arjun's glare. Arjun pointed a finger towards Dev's direction and said in a menace tone..

Arjun: Isska bali chadega. Warna woh aatma tumlogo ke sath sath puriki puri gao ko khatam kar degi.

Ramla couldn't hear more. She clutched Dev's hand tightly and started crying.

Ramla: Nehi nehi. Aisa nehi ho sakhta. Main aisa hone nehi dunga. Baba main aapke pao padti hoom. Aap meri jaan le lijiye. Par mere beteko baksh de.

Rajan (in a teary voice): Baba aap chahe to mere jaan bhi le sakhte hai par hamare bete ko chod de.

Arjun's heart filled with disgust. Only a few hours ago they were thinking about distroying his unborn child. This Ramla wanted to snatch away child from a mother. Now her own motherhood had come to surface? Karan and Sunaina's state was no better.

Arjun: Nehi aisa nehi ho sakhta. Uss atma ko Dev ki bali chahiye.

Hearing this Ramla fainted. Rajan's state was no better. Dev was sitting there like a statue. He wasn in shock mood. Suanina went to Ramla and sprinkled water on her face. After sometime she gained conscious. She was about to say something when some police entered there. Seeing the police they all stood up.

Arjun: Arrest kadlo in saabko. Saboot tumhe pehle hi mil chuke hai.

Officer: Yes sir.

They arrested Rajan, Ramla and Dev. They were taking them Arjun stopped and went to them.

Rajan: Koun ho tum?

Arjun pulled up his wig and false beard.

Arjun: ACP Arjun Suryakant Rawte. Jis ladki ko tumhare bete ne uthake laya tha usska pati.

He went to Dev and slapped hard on his cheek. Blood came out from his cut. Ramla screamed seeing this.

Arjun: Aapne bete ko thodasa takleef mein dekh lar aapki yeh halath hai. Aur uss bacche ko jo aap marne chali thi woh? Ussmaa ke baade main ek baar bhi nehi socha? Maan toh kar raha hai ki tumsabko zinda gad du lekin kya karo? Kanoon ka rakhwala hoom. Haath bandh hai mere warna...

Dev didn't reply just bowed his head down. After finishing some formalities they went back to the rest house. Sunaina also went with them. Sameer, Chotu, Shree, Aisha, Riya, Jay and Liza was in the drawingroom. Waiting for them. Seeing them thay sighed in relief.

Sameer: Saab kuch plan ke mutabek hua na?

Arjun: Haan. Saab kuch thik se ho geya. Sakshi..

Liza: Sir woh thodi rest kar rahi hai? Aur ek baat maine Sakshi ki basic check up kiya and she is pregnant. Sunaina is right.

Though Arjun didn't had any doubt but he became very hearing this. Whole team also became happy.
