CHAPTER 23:

Sameer was busy in his cabin with some files when his phone ringed. He checked the caller ID and picked up the call.

Sameer: Namaste Masa. Kaisi hai aap?

Masa: Haan main thik hoom. Aap kaise ho?

Sameer: Haan Masa main bhi thik hoom. Gharme sab kaise hai?

Masa: Haan baki saab thik bas tumhe bohot yaad karte hai. Arjun Sakshi kaise hai. Aur baby?

Sameer: Yaha sab thik hai.

Masa: Baita main aapki Masa hoom. Koi bhi baat ho toh aap mujhe baata sakhte hai.

Sameer: Masa aisi koi baat nehi hai. Likin aap yeh achanak..

Masa: Aapko Aisha pasand nehi toh aap mujhe bata sakhte hai. I mean agar aap usse shadi nehi karna chahte toh koi baat nehi.

Sameer was about to fall from the chair but balanced himself. What the hell? Why did she assume that?

Sameer: Nehi Masa aisi koi baat nehi hai. Main usse pyar karta hoom. Shadi karna chata hoom.

Masa: Toh phir abhi tak shadi ke bare mein kuch socha kiyu nehi. Kya woh puri zindegi tere liye kumari baithi rahegi beokuf!!

Masa shouted the last sentence. Sameer felt as if he would be deaf.

Sameer: Masa ahista. Aap mujhe behra kar dengi.

Masa: Tujhe behra hi ho jana chahiye. Aab meri baat dhyan se sun. Maine panditji se baat kar li hai. Ek haapte baad ek bohoti shubh mohrat hai. Tu ussi din Aisha se shadi karega. Aab acche bacche ki tarah sabko lekar Jaypur aaja.

Sameer tried to portest in meek voice.

Sameer: Par Masa..

Masa: Par var kuch nehi. Arjun se kuch sikh. Propose karneke baad do mahina bhi nehi jaane diya aur shadi karliya. Agar tu nehi mana toh main aake tera kaan kheech ke le avuungi. Aur mene Aisha se bhi baat kar li hai.

Saying that Masa cut the call. Sameer sighed and put his head on hand.

In same time in Arjun's cabin Arjun and Sakshi hi5 each other.

Sakshi: Arjun plan ka first part toh complete ho gya. Tumhe kya lagta hai Masa Sameer ko kaab call karenge?

Arjun grinned evilly. Not much time ago he made Sakshi call Masa and described Aisha's poor state. Sakshi was a good actress. She narrate the story in a way even Arjun wanted believe it.

Arjun: Agar mera equation sahi hai toh aab tak Masa ne dono ko call kar liya hoga.

Sakshi: Itni jaldi?

Arjun: Yes. Masa bohot first hai. Dekhna abhi Sameer call karega aur..

His sentence didn't finish but the phone buzzed. It was Sameer. Arjun picked up the call and talked for a moment. Then cut the call. Sakshi raised a eyebrow.

Sakshi: Are wah Mr. Rawte! Appke equation ka jawab nehi.

Arjun went to Sakshi and pulled her to him by waist. He pecked on her lip and voiced huskily.

Arjun: Mera equation hamesha sahi hota hai Mrs. Rawte.

Arjun touched her lips with his own but this time not for a little peck. He kissed her passionately and mindlessly. His hands felt evry curve of her body. Sakshi moaned. They parted when Arjun's phone buzzed again. Sakshi blushed. Arjun laughed at her gesture. He loved seeing her blush. He loved her shyness. It's been five months since they got narried but she still shied like a new bride.

Rathod Palace, Jaypur-

Today is Aisha's Sangeet function. Everybody is busy with arrangements. Mrs. Rathod was directing them. But she strictly ordered Sakshi not to touch anything. Afterall she is bearing her grandchildren. Arjun's mother Naina was her best friend. When she died she gave Arjun in her hand. She felt as if she got a second son. When Roshni died Arjun became a living corpse she got really scared. She prayed all day night for his happiness. And one day as the fruit of her prayer Sakshi came in Arjun's life. Now her one son is going to be father and another one is marrying. No other person could be more happy than her. Mr. Rathod was standing beside her. Understanding her mind state he squeezed her shoulder. She looked up at smiled. Mr. Rathod also love Arjun very much. Like Mrs. Rathod Arjun is his second son to him.

Shree was feeling very restless. After hearing the marriage news Liza came here two days ago. But since then he didn't get a chance to fought up with her. As Sakshi couldn't do anything Liza and Riya were doing almost every bridal arrangements. Whenver she got free time that Karan went to her and start blaberring. He cursed himself again. Why is he thinking about Liza like that? Why his heart pricking seeing Liza talking with Karan? He didn't have any answer. Perhaps he had but his ego was restraining him from acknowledging it.

Chotu and Shree were doing the same work. But Chotu sensed that Shree's mind wasn't on work. He put a hand on Shree's shoulder.

Chotu: Kya baat hai Shree? Tu thik toh hai na?

Shree: Haan. Mujhe kya hoga? Main bilkul thik hoom. Mera parwa kisse hai? Sab jo chahe kar sakhte hai. Mujhe koi fark nehi padta. Aab tu chup kar aur kaam pe dhyan de.

Chotu (in mind): Yeh Shree ko ho kya gya hai? Khair jaldi jaldi kaam khatam karleta hoom. Bohot bhook laga hai.

Karan was observing Shree from a distance. He smiled at his state.

Kara: Beta tujhe track pe lana aab mera ek louta mission aur usse main pura karke rahunga. Agar maine tujhse love confession nehi karwaya toh mera nam bhi Karan nehi.
