Ch1.

Lights of the hall were dimmed and the spotlights went towards the stairs.A pretty young lady,clad in traditional Rajputani bridal attire,descened from the stairs,as the music of Shehnai played in the background.Her two adorable sisters' accompanied her till the dais.The groom stood up for the Jaimala rasam.As the Panditji directed,both the groom and bride made each other wear the Varmala.Flowers were showered on them and sound of clapping echoed in the whole hall.

Abhinav and Shanaya sat down and completed other small rituals,directed by the Panditji.Soon,Megha and Riya came forward and did the Gatbandhan.Sameer,her brother came forward and helped Shanaya stand for the Pheras. Abhinav held Shanaya's hand in his and started taking the Pheras,reciting the ''Vachans'' as Panditji is reciting.Everybody present there showered the couple with flowers. Megha was standing behind the place where Shanaya sat beside Abhinav.Pranav was in his prankster mood.He showered Megha with flowers,instead of showering it on the couple.Megha turned to look at Pranav and started to laugh,looking at each other. Riya and Sameer looked at them and smiled.

Panditji asked Abhinav to apply sindoor on Shanaya's forehead.Riya went up and moved the mangtika and Abhinav applied sindoor,followed by Abhinav tying the mangalsutra around Shanaya's neck.Everyone clapped for the newly wedded couple and Panditji announced them as a legally wedded couple.

As the wedding rituals came to an end,Abhinav and Shanaya came down from the dais and took the blessings from their elders.Sameer came forward and blessed the couple and hugged them,as well. After that,Megha,Riya and Pranav came forward and hugged Abhinav and Shanaya.

After some refreshments,the couple sat down,as the youngsters had planned for a musical performance for the newly-wedded couple.

First,it was,Riya's turn. Spotlight fell on her,as she stood in the centre.

''Mehndi lagake aayi,
Kangna chankake aayi,
Churi khankake aayi,
Payal chankake aayi,
Ho...
Mere geet milan ke gana hai,
Gana Hai,Gana Hai,
Mujhe Saajan Ke Ghar Jaana Hai,
Mujhe Saajan Ke Ghar Jaana Hai...''

Riya finished her dance and everyone clapped for her,while Shanaya blushed,hiding herself in Abhinav's protective,warm and loving embrace.

Next was Megha and Pranav's turn.

Pranav: ''Tere liye hi toh signal tor tar ke,
Aaya Dilli wali girlfriend chhor chhar ke,

Megha: ''Teri aakh da ishara mujhe fraud lage,
Tu toh majnu awara by-God lage,

Pranav: ''Kasmein waade khake,apni pocket money bachake,
Aaya tere liye paise waise jorh jarke,
Gharwalo ko bhi bye shye bol bal ke,
Aaya Dilli Wali Girlfriend chhor chhar ke,
Tere liye hi toh signal torh tarh ke,
Aaya Dilli Waali Girlfriend chhor chharh ke...''

With this,their performance ended which earned them applaudes from both the families'.

Now,it was Riya,Sameer and Megha's turn. Riya went to brin Shanaya and made her stand in the middle.

''Phholon ka taaro ka,
Sabka gehna hai,
Ek hazaaro mein,
Meri behna hai,
Saari umaar humein sang rehna hai,
Phoolo ka taaro ka,
Sabka gehna hai,
Ek hazaaro mein meri behna hai...''

This performance brought tears in everybody's eyes,especially,Shanaya.She was very attached to her brother and her two younger sisters.She engulfed them in a group hug and hugged them tightly.Sameer,Riya and Megha hugged her also and placed a kiss on her forehead.

After this,Pranav dragged Megha again in the dance floor to dance again.Megha glared at Pranav,who didnt budge from his activities.Riya also joined them.

Riya: ''Didi tera devar deewana, Haaye Raam,
Kudiyo daale dana,

Megha: ''Dhanda hai yeh iska purana,
Haaye Raam,
Kudiyo daale dana...''

As Megha and Riya teased about Pranav,he pouted a like kid,whose lollipop was snatched away from him and went towards his two beautiful girlfriends', his Padmini Maa and Shankani Daisaa... Shanaya and Abhinav laughed at their antics.

As their performances had come to an end,it was time for Shanaya's bidaai.The atmosphere became emotional,as Shanaya progressed towards the door,throwing a handful of Rice which fell on the Pallus' of Padmini,Riya and Megha's saree.Tears formed in the eyes' of Shanaya's family.Riya and Megha hugged Shanaya tightly and cried their heart out.Shanaya also hugged Sameer and cried also.Sameer broke th hug and kissed her forehead and blessed her for a happy married life.Same happened when she hugged Padmini and her Babasaa and cried their heart out. This scene brought tears in Abhinav's eyes,as he could feel her pain.Babasaa broke the hug and escorted her till the car.Shanaya sat inside the car and wiped her tears,while,Abhinav promised Shanaya's family that he will always take care of her and will always love her. Mahendra and Pratima bid bye to the Rathod family and went to their home for the welcoming preps of the new Bride.Also,after them,Abhinav left the Rathod Mansion with Shanaya,who embarked on a new journey with Abhinav,few moments back.

Wow Abhinav n Shanaya got married...!!!!!

Why Rawte's family was not present there...????

I mean Shanaya n Meera run an NGO together thn How come Rawtes were not present there...!!!!

As always u described rituals beautifully especially bidaai...that's quitesenti...!!!!!

The performances by Riya, Megha n Pranav were fantastic...!!!! Loved Pranav antics...!!!!!
