Next Morning

Jia had gone to school. Sakshi had just entered the office and bumped into someone. It was no other than Arjun however this time Sakshi was lost in her thoughts and wasn't looking where she was going.

"Sorry". Sakshi said innocently and she went to her cabin.

Arjun dropped his file he was holding and his mouth opened.

"Hain!!!" Arjun reacted to the situation.

Sorry kyun bola, seriously I bumped on purpose lekin she wasn't angry, hmm kuch gadbad hai lagta hai aaj date paki hai. :D well done Arjun! :D

It was almost lunch time and Sakshi went in Arjun's cabin.

Sakshi: Arjun I wanted to talk to you.

Arjun: haan bolo. :)

Sakshi: arjun...main...tum...

Arjun: tum mujhe date ke liye toh nahi puch rahi ho naa! Actually, kal chale main free bhi hoon lekin ek sec...only after 6, huh.

Sakshi wanted to kill Arjun and was thinking to as well.

Sakshi: Have you been serious in your life at all, Arjun?? I was here to say sorry so that you don't feel bad for what I said to you. But, you know what you are impossible. You...

Arjun: I know im soo good looking, naa :)

Arjun held her hand. There was a small eyelock between the two; Ritu who knocked on the door interrupted it. Arjun left Sakshi's hand. He opened the door and took the file from Ritu while Sakshi left from there. Ritu too left from there once she gave Arjun the file.

Arjun was in thought: samjh mein nahi aaya yaar! Sorry bola subhe fir innocently baat kar rahi hai and bina kuch kahe, she left. Hmm...Sakshi ko apologise karna hai naa! Ms. Anand, tayar ho jao ;)

Arjun went upto Sakshi's cabin. She was close to her cabinet, looking for a file.

"So, shall we go today?" Arjun asked smiling.

Sakshi was confused but continued searching.

Arjun: Oh right, the place! Umm...how about costa coffee?

Sakshi: Arjun, go and do your work!

Arjun went away from there and closed the door when he left.

"Arre, yeh kahan chala gaya??" Sakshi noticed after a few seconds.

Sakshi: I will never be able to understand him. Back to work Sakshi. Lekin, maa ko kya kahungi? Lekin maa ko kaise pta Arjun ke bare mein?? Yeh zaroor Jia hogi, naraz hai lekin shatani karna nahi chodegi!! :)

While Arjun was in his cabin thinking how to convice Sakshi for a date.

Arjun: lekin agar main Jia aunty ko ptayegi and fir Sakshi ko...hmmm..yeh accha idea hai. Jia your plan will work out. :)

Arjun's phone rang in the meantime.

"Oh god! Yeh?? Dude koi dushmani hai mujhe se, main ek acche date liye soch raha tha aaj but you sent Tina. Yaar, isse accha toh aaj boring sham ho". Arjun replied to God while looking up on the terrace.

Utha mat Arjun warna yeh coffee house mein bulayegi and will get me drunk fir toh ho gaya kam! Rehne de! Bajne de!

Knock Knock!

Arjun: yea! Who's it?

Sakshi entered the cabin.

Arjun, yeh photograph kuch thik nahi hai and iss mein thoda shade change karo plus yeh bahut acchi; the finger holding one, that one is just too good and yeh sab article ke liye perfect hai bas jo do abhi dikhayi vo thik karke mujhe mail kardo and graphics department will get started on the next issue. Thik hai? Sakshi said this without taking a breath and left Arjun in a thought.

Sakshi: Kya hua?

Arjun: tum..i mean...aap...how can you do soo much work?? How about we grab a bite!! Kuch der aaram and you could say what you wanted to say! :)

Sakshi: Arjun, photographs thik kar mujhe mail kardena, bye!

Arjun took a deep breath.

Arjun: yaar main iske saath date pe nahi jaa sakta! Jia tera plan fail ho gaya, teri mummy ko main chod dun issi mein meri bhalayi hai.

Arjun's phone rang again. Arjun cried sarcastically and sat on his chair with a face palm.

Iss ladki ka kya karun mein??

Arjun got up from his chair.

Ek second kahin Sakshi toh nahi!

Arjun checked his phone and saw it was unknown number. He picked up.

Hello?

Hi buddy!

Jia! :)

Haan! Aur buddy kya kar rahe ho?

Teri mom ne kam diya hai, in fact abhi abhi kam deke gayi hai! Yaar buddy teri maa toh date pe aane se rahi!

Nahi buddy kuch karo naa! Maine isse liye nani ko jhagde ke bare mein bta diya tha taki maa khush reh sake!

Beta, real life mein main Arjun hoon and teri maa Sakshi hai, Hrithik and Kareena nahi! Waise main Hrithik jaisa hansome zaroor hoon!! :D

Arjun corrected the two photographs and mailed them to Sakshi. It was almost 6 when Arjun was about to leave but wanted to have a cup of coffee with Sakshi. He checked her cabin but she wasn't there. He walked up to his bike and saw Sakshi struggling with her car's tyre puncture.

"Lao main kar deta hoon". Arjun said while forwarding his hand.

"Nahi main khud kar lungi". Sakshi stopped him with her hand.

"Thiik hai, good night." Arjun said and sat on his bike.

Arju drove off from there.

"I know Arjun you were trying to help lekin I don't want anyone to come near me, especially a man. Sorry Arjun". Sakshi felt bad for talking to Arjun like that but she was helpless herself.
Sakshi fixed the tyre and headed home. She entered her home and saw Jia watching tom and jerry while her mom was making dinner.

Sakshi: maa dinner kyun bana rahe ho? I will do it, aap Jia ke saath enjoy karo.

Maa: bilkul nahi pehle tu fresh ho ke aa fir Jia se baat and fir main teri saari baat manungi :)

Sakshi: okay aati hoon.

Sakshi changed into her nightdress and sat next to Jia on the sofa. Jia instantly lied on her mom's lap.

Sakshi: kya hua bacche, sab thik hai naa??

Jia woke up and hugged her mom tightly.

Jia: sorry mumma, main aagese dad ke bare mein kuch nahi puchungi.

Sakshi: nahi beta im sorry, mujhe tujhe pyaar se btana chahiye tha!

"Sorry!!"Sakshi held her ears.

They both smiled and all three ate dinner with peace.
