Chapter 5

Next Morning

"Ritu, I need the graphics report and send Arjun in my cabin now". Sakshi said while signing in the register at the reception.

"Yes ma'am". Ritu replied.

Sakshi entered her cabin and Ritu meanwhile was searching Arjun but he was nowhere to be seen.

Knock Knock

Ritu: ma'am, Arjun is nowhere!

Sakshi oh..accha, when he is here send him in.

Ritu: okay ma'am

"Arjun aaj aaya nahi! Whats wrong with him??" Sakshi was thinking out loud while putting the pen in her mouth.

Sakshi: Whatever! Back to work Sakshi!

Sakshi's phone rang.

Haan Sameer!

Sakshi can you come in my cabin right now?

Sure :)

She came in Sameer's cabin and sat down on a chair opposite him.

Sameer: Sakshi, whats happening with the issue? All good?

Sakshi: ya ya all good; graphics department is working on the final touches so it will be ready by end of this week, so by tmrw. :)

Sameer: great! :) Ghar pe sab thik? Jia and aunty?

Sakshi: both are fine, Sameer. :)

Sameer: Sakshi, Ayesha is here today right!?

Sakshi: :) I don't know actually. Sakshi lied. Kyun kuch kaam tha, Sameer?

Sameer: nahi bas aise hi, accha when you see her can you send her in my cabin please?

Sakshi: :) sure Sameer :D

Sameer: Sakshi, stop it

Sakshi: what, maine kya kiya? :)

There was a knock on the door.

Ayesha: Sir, may I?

Sameer: arre, Ayesha, come in :)

Sakshi smiled seeing both of them. Sameer and Ayesha looked at each other.

"I will be going then." Sakshi replied to Sameer's eyes and stood up.

Sameer: haan, okay see you Sakshi.

Ayesha: i'll come with you.

Sakshi: nahi, nahi you guys continue and I will grab a coffee. See you guys J

"All the best". Sakshi whispered to Ayesha and winked at her.

Ayesha smiled and sat down on the chair on the other hand, Sakshi exited from the cabin.

Sakshi: oh...by the way Sameer, yeh Arjun kahan hai. She went in the cabin again.

Sameer: he has gone for a shoot, grasping pictures for another cause.

Sakshi: oh...okay good :)

"Shoot ke liye gaya hai! Aise toh main bhi jaa sakti thi naa..stupid..zaroor kisi ladki ke saath flirt kar raha hoga. Nahi, shoot karne gaya hai uske saath; main usko shoot kar dungi kisi din". Sakshi thought to herself while sipping coffee in the kitchen.

Lunch Time

Sakshi bought a meal from McD and went to the school of Jia.

She noticed Jia playing with her friends in the playground but suddenly she went up to a man and hugged him. Sakshi's heartbeat rose.

Sakshi: please god, yeh please Arjun ho. Please!

Sakshi went up to Jia who was still hugging the man and Sakshi tapped on his back. He looked behind and Sakshi saw it was Arjun. Arjun saw Sakshi trembling and pale.

Arjun: Sakshi you okay?

Jia showed her big eyes to Arjun and elbowed him.

Jia: buddy control!

"Haan yaar I know" Arjun whispered to Jia.

Sakshi bent down on her knees and hugged Jia tightly.

Jia: maa, kya hua?

Jia wiped the tear coming from Sakshi's eyes.

Sakshi: kuch nahi...tu thik hai naa?

Jia: haan maa, mujhe kya hona hai!

Arjun: Guys, I have to go; I will be going!

Jia: buddy please! Mat jao naa...Maa kuch bolo naa?

Sakshi: jia, agar Arjun jaana chahta hai toh jaane de...hmmm J

Arjun bid bye to Sakshi and Jia and left.

Sakshi: chalo lunch karte hai

"Tum thik ho?"

"Thik hoon ya nahi kya pharak parta hai??"

"Mujhe parta hai Sakshi!"
