We haven't seen her disrespecting or being rude to them otherwise.. Hence it wouldn't be fair to say that it seems disrespectful..

I don't find anything wrong with that, personally..

And she is just being normal, there is no rule that she must call them 'aap'. Sometimes she seems very unprofessional but that has toned down now.
