She's an outsider who's joined them and isn't obliged to refer to them as 'Aap' unlike the others who work under them.. And hence 'seniority' isn't applicable in this case..
Her character is meant to be a bit light and friendly and hence 'Tum'.. besides they've also shown that she has been a crime reporter for years now, so maybe she belongs to the same age group..
And well, it really is personal choice.. 'Aap' or 'Tum' isn't really a criteria to judge someone's levels of respect..
We haven't seen her disrespecting or being rude to them otherwise.. Hence it wouldn't be fair to say that it seems disrespectful..
I don't find anything wrong with that, personally..
