I agree with you. Self defence classes are really needed everywhere. Im lucky ive already learned self defence classes here and am a black belt in taekwando but not everyone has those kind of facilities and im hoping that after watching the self defense classes in arjun people will learn from it.

yaa dis r realyy needed dis days...u blck blt vryy gd yaar main to bachpan mein kisi tarha se green belt ki exam ko clear kia tha bas woho stop ho gaya...avi to job ke liye hi sikhna padta hay...i ht dis ...bt realyy needed

Yea it is especialy really helpful for girls to increase there confidence too. They wont feel like they cant stand up to anyone.. they will feel like they can hit people if need be for self defense. hahah yea got a black belt and then had to stop because of school hw. What job are you doing in which u need self defense?

Given to my 8 years of training... (I'm a black belt too 😳) I'm proud that I learned it! Now I can easily rip anyone's throat out 😆😆
