Arjun's P.O.V
"Clue for what, Chotu?" I asked.
"We have clue for where Sikandar is."
"Chotu, are you SURE?!!" asked Rathore, in order to not give Arjun hope after an year of waiting.
"Yes, Sir!!! A man named Rohan saw him going to a empty and closed factory with a girl." Chotu assured his two bossess.
"Then we must go immediately," I said getting up.
"Rawte!!!! Wait!!! I understand that you cannot wait but that does not mean that you get up as if you will catch Sikandar right at this moment," Rathore told me and then I realized the stupidity of my actions.
"Yah, sir, you should calm down," Sakshi said, Honestly, Sakshi has been a really smart and understanding officer but at times she crosses her lines by trying to flirt with me (I don't mean to offense the actress or any Arakshi fans).
"Right, so Chotu where was he seen?" I asked trying to sound normal but the constant tapping of my foot and pen betrayed me.
"He was seen in Pune, sir," Chotu said.
"We must form a plan," Rathore stated firmly.
"Right, so let's do it."
Unknown P.O.V
"He wants to see you."
"Let's go," I said.
"Yes"
"They know," Sikandar said.
"I know, a guy saw us coming here," I replied.
"It will take them a day or two to come here, so what do you think we should do?"
"I think we should face them now because our plan is all set," I told him monotonously.
"Ok. That is a good plan. Now, come and sit here," he said while pointing to his lap, "Oh come on sweety," he added with a wink.
I walked over to him, feeling disgusted with myself with every step I take towards him.
When will this end? Will by ever able to get out of this hell-hole? Will I ever get to see my family? Will I ever see them?... Will I ever see him?
"Good girl," he said while kissing my cheek and I felt like washing my cheek with holy water a 1000 times.
"You know, I really can't wait till we properly get to marry you and I can have you all to myself" he said while circling his arms around my waist.
To not make it seem suspicious, I slid out of his lap and hovered over his face.
"Neither can I, darling but a deal's a deal," I said with a wink and started to walk away.
"Sure is, sweety," he said, and added...
"Oh Riya, I hope you remember what you have to do when they come."
And that one sentence made me falter but not enough for him to notice. I flipped around and faced him with a mask of hatred.
"I do and can never forget the way I feel towards them. They thought that I am weak? Now they will see who is weak. Riya Mukherjee is stronger and prouder. Riya Mukherjee has changed and she has changed for good," saying that I left behind a stunned Sikandar behind.
As I reached to my room, I wondered How my life changed within two months, how I have changed. My life has taken a turn and a big turn that is. I need to face it and fight for my country even if it means to fight for Sikandar. I will die but not let him hurt my family.
And I slept, dreaming about the endless possibilities of the future
