Chadha de rang part-2

Arjun was tired that day. He was in no mood to go on an action packed case again. But he had to go to the office. He reached the ETF headquarters. He was wearing a white shirt again. His strong and masculine figure visible clearly through the fitting shirt and open upper buttons.😉

He kept his car keys on the table and sat on the chair.

Rathore- kya hua rawte? Tum thake huye lag rahe ho?

Arjun- haan….. thoda sa thak gaya hoon…… anyway, case kya hai?

Rathore- nothing important. Tum rest karo, mai aur shree jaa rahe hain.

Arjun- nahi rathore, mai chalunga… mai kamzor nahi hoon…mai…

Rathore- chup raho arjun.! Mujhe pata hai tum kamzor nai ho.! Lekin abhi tumhaari tabiyat kharaab hai, agar stress loge toh aur kharaab ho jayegi, and then important kaam ke samay tum available nahi rahoge…. So just be here…. We will be back.

Arjun- chotu, liza and aisha kaha hain?

Rathore- vo bhi kaam se gaye hain. Tum yahi raho, vo log aate hi honge…..

Rathore and shree went out and arjun sighed. He was feeling weak. He looked at the watch, it was 11:00 in the morning. he picked up some paper work and started working on it. When suddenly he felt dizzy. A flash of adrenaline rushed through his stomach. He couldn't understand what was happening.

He got up to have some coffee. But just when he got up. He saw some1. He was shocked when he realized who he was.

Arjun- roshni?

Arjun was shocked. He wasn't happy at all. He couldn't understand what was happening. He saw her come up to him with a beaming smile and radiating face.

She came up to the confused arjun and stood in front of him. She smiled at him and tilted her head to one side. She touched his face lovingly.

Roshni- tum apna khayaal bilkul nahi rakhte na arjun?

She said this teasingly.

Arjun's eyes welled up. He wanted to touch her but he knew she wasn't real. But still he tried to do that, and with a sudden jerk he found himself on the table again. He was still sitting. He had slept off.

He got up again and walked to take the coffee when he again saw someone come to him. She was far away and approaching the door. She was wearing a long kurta and slavar which was flowing all the way with her wavy chunri. He hairs were flying the air like soft clouds.

Arjun thought it was roshni again. He went to the door quickly only to find…it was the girl whom he had met in the previous case. He was surprised a bit. But more than that, he was sad. He so badly wanted that girl to be his roshni.

She stopped in front of him. She was shocked too. But she was scared a lot. With her scared expression and innocent face, she looked at him as though she was pleading him to leave her way and let her in. but arjun was staring at her with his plain look.

Girl- aap….aap…yaha?

Arjun wanted to ask her the same question but he felt too weak to say a word….and all of a sudden the whole thing went black for him. He fainted.

The girl was taken aback. she quickly went in, kept her bag on the table and ran to arjun who was lying on the floor unconscious. She sat on the floor on her knees and took arjun's head on her laps.

Girl- aap theek hain???

She touched his forehead.

Girl- oh no! inhe toh tez bukhaar hai….

She took water from the nearby table and sprinkled on his face. Arjun uttered roshni's name... he groaned . he moved his head and searched for roshni without opening his eyes. He was too weak to do that.

The girl had no option but to calm him down as he started panicking for roshni.

She held his hand in hers and rubbed it.

Girl- mai yahi hoon…. Its fine… aap theek ho jayenge.

'pata nahi roshni kaun hai? mai kaha se use leke aaoon?' she thought.

She picked him up somehow and placed him on the sofa there.

She took out a thermometer form her bag and checking his temperature.

Girl- my God! 103???

All she could do was to call a doctor. She was panicking herself now. She called a doctor who was on his way. Till then she took a handkerchief and soaked it in water and applied it on arjun's forehead.

Arjun- roshni….

Girl- lagta hai aap apna khayaal bilkul nahi rakhte…..103 bukhaar and u are in ur office… hadd hai..!!!

Arjun grabbed her hands tightly and compelled her to keep sitting next to him.

Arjun- plzz… vaapas ….vaapas…aa jaoo…..

She was sad about it. But she was confused too. She gently caressed his forehead.

Girl- its ok……mai yahi hoon….its fine….

After few minutes the doc arrived. Arjun opened his eyes only to see the doc sitting next to him.

Arjun- aap?

Doc- jee… vo …aapko tez bukhaar tha….don't worry now…maine davai de di hai….

Arjun was still confused. He was not out of his sleepy and dreamy mood now.

Arjun- ok….but mai….mujhe kuch samajh nahi aa raha….roshni kaha hai?

Doc- I think vo bahar hain, unhone ne hi mujhe bulaaya tha….mai chalta hoon….

The doctor went away and the girl came back to arjun. Arjun was again expecting roshni to be there but it was the girl again.

Girl- aapko itna bukhaar kaise hua sir?

Arjun- tum yaha kya karne aayi ho?

He head ached and he felt dizzy.

Girl- (holding him by his shoulders)- aap aaram kariye…..lagta hai aap kal raat ko baarish me bheeg rahe the…haina?

Arjun was quiet. He pushed her hands away.

Girl- by the way, mai iss team ki new member hoon, I am a journalist …..mujhe nahi pata tha ki aap ETF ke officer hain…..

Arjun didn't answer.

Girl- don't worry sir… roshni vaapas aa jayegi….

Arjun was shocked at this.

Girl- kaun hai vo? Aapki girlfriend? Kitni lucky hai vo.!! Wow! Aap mujhe uska number dijiye….mai use samjhaaongi…..

That was just too much for arjun he frowned and got up at once. The girl got up too. She was scared. arjun walked towards her and she walked back until she hit her back with a wall. Arjun went close to her with fuming anger.

Arjun- roshni meri patni hai…aur mere life me aane vaali koi ladki….kabhi bhi lucky nahi ho sakti…. Kyuki roshni marr chuki hai.!!! samjhi……

Saying so, arjun walked away. The girl watched him in awe with tears rolling down her face…..
