These were the words Rathod spoke at the award function.
Yes,ACP Sameer Damsingh Rathod was being awarded with the promotion of DCP(Deputy Comissioner Of Police).
Now,he will be known as,
DCP Sameer Damsingh Rathod,though,he will remain the ETF Chief.His second in command,ACP Arjun Rawte was promoted to the rank of DCP last year.
When Rathod collected the promotion letter from the Commisioner of Police,he was feeling very happy.
Apart from that,there were two more souls,who were very happy.they were none other than his beautiful and caring wife,
Mrs.Ankita Sameer Rathod and his 2 year old daughter,his princess,Maithli Sameer Rathod.
When Rathod started to speak,he said,"I thank my feloow colleagues and my department for keeping faith in me,and,special thanks goes to Commissioner sir,for believing in me and considering me for this post.I promise you,Sir,i will try my best to keep my promise.
Waise,main yeh manta hu,ki,har aadmi ki success ke piche,kisi ek aurat ka haath hota hai.
Mera manna thora alag hai.
Main maanta hu,mere success ke pichhe sirf aur sirf do logon ka haath hai.That is,my beautiful and caring wife,Ankita and my 2 year old daughter,my princess,Maithli."
Sameer requests them to come on the stage.
Ankita carried her daughter and went to the stage.Maithli,seeing her papa,stretched her arms.Sameer quickly took her in her arms and hugged both of his Lady Lucks'.
Then,Sameer,presented the promotion letter to Ankita.
Rathod: Ankita,sirf tmhari aur Maithli ki wajah se mujhe yeh promotion mila.Thanks for being in my life.
Ankita,"Tum se hi din hota hai,
Surmayi sham aati hai,
Tum se hi,
