Rose, am not watching the show these days, but I always love reading your topics, and even though I haven't seen the episode, knowing Shree's character I'm pretty sure when he said 'Inhe' it was him being formal, because when someone is a stranger to us, we tend to refer them in such a manner to avoid being familiar.
