Rathod was driving the SUV towards the place where Aisha used to stay. She was so silent all through the ride. The active officer was fully dormant, as if defeated. He was glancing him once in a while but she kept looking outside lost in thoughts. The only words that she had spoken for a long time was the place where she stayed. He gave her the time to open up.

They reached the place. He first went around to make everything was in order and then supported her to the place. The room was a small one. As she had known that her stay would be short, she had kept everything in order. There was not much left to pack. But she went to the cupboard and took a few items. He saw her looking at something that looked like a photo frame. She had a few moments watching it. Then as if remembering his presence she placed it back to her bag. He kept on waiting for her.She took him to a place where she had all her research works about the drug smugglers. There were files of information, photographs and materials in her laptop. He was wondering how much effort that she had already taken for this mission which was busted minutes before. He felt a slight responsibility for her failure.

At last she was ready to go. They placed the bags in his SUV. By that time Shree had messaged the

location of their new position. "chale Aisha? We have a new place now."

She nodded and followed him to his SUV.
