According to Shaleen's tweet that we will get the answer why Arjun wear that bandage on his forearm... In today's episode truth will be given out... Before that we can have our own guesses... So my guess is that he has a tattoo of his wife's name on his arm... What you guys say... Come on speak up...:)

Kyuki uski wife ka blood tha uske haat pe..ya phir uska haat todh diya tha sikandar ne ya phir use chot lagi thi uski wife ko bachate waqt😆just a guess...

I also thot dat it is roshni's name tatoo

but i also think mite b it is sum damage which sikander caused to arjun while killing roshni ...
