i just rewatched the episode , doc had said that the bacteria works after half an hour, so i am sure riya will survive and definitely it will be start of their love story however i think riya will be on rest for one month or so for giving break to Sana for her health or to find out her replacement...

yeah thts something i had pointed out before too😊.. thats the only hope i have, if i have any😕... and the determination in his eyes "kuch nahi hoga tumhe riya".. i hope he will save her 😳

Technically, considering that Riya had swallowed such a large concentration of potent bacteria that doesn't have any known cure, it seems like she may not survive. But then again, this is fiction... and anything can happen.. it all depends on what the CVs want to show. If they want Riya to die, it is possible. If they want her to survive, they can still show it as though she survives by some miracle in the last minute. I guess we'll have to wait and watch what happens...
