Brilliant writing👏

My heart goes out to Riya... A Bitter sweet moment for her. She comes across a strong woman, A woman who probably inherently knows that Arjun loves her (else they wont have consummated their relationship...) at the same time she has given him the space to recover from his guilt of letting down both the women in his life.

Cant wait to read more of this story.

Dear Nisha,

Now this is not too bad from the point of view of what I said earlier about an expectant mother's first duty being to her unborn child. You have covered that base quite neatly, and one cannot blame Riya at all. You are off to an excellent start, and since you are so good at both the sad and the happy aspects, I am sure you will go along swimmingly.

But I had assumed that they had got married. Now you have a nice pickle on your hands, not because of her being an unmarried mother, but because, if he asks her to marry him now, she will never know whether he did it because he wanted to marry her or only because the baby was on the way. Ticklish business, whichever way you look at it!

I was a bit taken aback at how casually the rest of the ETF took what must have been a bit of a shock, for Riya is emphatically not a girl who plays the field. I am also disappointed in Arjun. A gentleman does not do what he did and then ignore the girl as if he had committed a mortal sin that he was now ashamed of! I do hope he redeems himself soon, preferably right now, in the hospital.

Do drop me a PM when you update this, for this forum is a veritable forest of OSes and FFs and SSes, and I have great difficulty in locating anything I want. Thanks.
