From what I could make of the precap, Arjun was mad at a guy called Pathan. And if I'm not mistaken, he is the guy who killed arjun's wife. Seeing his wife's murderer on the loose made him lose control.

Sikender was his wife's murderer... Pathan might be associated with Sikender...

I am stepping into brand new shoes- that is analysing an episode.
Ff's and Os works for me, let's see if I can analyse (big word?)
First of all, kudos to the creative minds of the show on being able to come up with great ideas for each episode.
All the writers in the forum will agree with me that it is not an easy job.
Sir ko dheewar par thodna padtha hain kabhi kabhi ideas ke liye. 😆
So yeah fab concept to begin with.
Yesterday we saw the two bull heads agreeing, Rawte and Rathod
Rathod's underlying respect for Arjun and Arjun trusting his chief.
These two men can go a long way Together they make a brilliant combination and a lethal one too.
Yesterday, the pride with which Sameer Rathod spoke of his ACP
Man that scene is to watch for.
Even before I have felt the respect Rathod has for Arjun.
Sone pe suhaaga baath was Rathod's proud smile.
Like a elder brother with complete belief in his younger one's abilities.
Rathod - Rawte bug has caught me 😆
This also shows that when Sikander issue crops up Arjun has got good support.
Rathod can both help and restrain him.
Now our darling ArIya.
Kya bolu, finally dikha gaya poker face ka soft side.
He was worried, he wanted nothing but to keep her safe.
Shows he cares.
Now at this moment, I am not ready to add a romantic angle to it.
He might have spoken softly to Shree/Rathod/Chottu where they in Riya's position
It's another matter that they wouldn't have gone so weak.
So yeah, he was soft coz she was not as strong as rest.
The consoling scene, Riya's pleading, Arjun's concern , well shot in all
Riya didn't shoot but got shot , imo this was realistic.
She is a novice and hence requires more training in stealth (she always keeps appearing on windows he he) and shooting.
Now the part i didn't like.
The over rated action scene.
So far in Arjun all the action scenes were natural and realistic.
That imo is better than all the flying through air and all.
I have watched enough of that in films and it takes away the realistic feel.
The little girl scene in the end was cute though I would've liked it more if she just hugged him.
Riya's look when Arjun carried her and her tearful face in the end.
She might be embarassed that she didn't shoot
But it also may be that she is falling fast .
Yeah, I am happy that they showed the rest of the team is good at their job too.

I absolutely agree with you on most of the points. First of all this is also one of my favorite episodes. A well balanced episode where all the characters get an opportunity to to show their skill. Arjun is often shown as the only officer that can solve the case. I like that the CVS are also banking on their other characters not just the lead. ETF is a team and it should take the combined strength of each officer to solve the cases.

I can see where the CVS are going with Riya's character and her relationship with Arjun but I guess the feminist in my keeps on saying "kick some butt Riya!" There is so much more they can do with Riya's character. Yes, like everyone else I love the chemistry she has with Arjun and I don't mind them gradually playing on that chemistry, but I also crave to see a strong female character that can stand up tall and proud in a man's world. Please learn to shoot Riya! Don't go weak in the knees...

Now coming to Rathod. I always felt that there is a reason why Rathod is the chief even though Arjun is the somewhat better investigator. Rathod has the qualities of a good leader and Arjun has the qualities of a great investigator. I love his love hate relationship with Arjun, but it's also nice to see that there is trust and respect between the two. Today's episode portrayed that really well. Rawte gets quite when he feels that Rathod has something intelligent to say and Rathod lets Arjun lead when he knows its needed. He has to be practical to balance Arjun's extreme emotional.

Shree as the tech guru is always a great treat. He's character is always shown to have a certain set of qualities and skills and he's team knows that. No one from the group doubts that. Chotu does his job and does it the way he is told to do it. That's his character and I love it!

Great episode! Can't wait for tomorrow!!

I don't mind missing teri meri love stories but I hate missing Arjun!
