We can hope it is the latter ... but I fear it is the former .

Agreed Meli, this love story would be work better with Dr Saro and Mr V's adopted daughter (what is her name?) as opposed to the younger Aish. But I think Mdm Radhika wants the storyline to be more hard-hitting for Chelvi given that Aish is her own adopted daughter, as opposed to her father's adopted daughter.
