Thanks Nallu....its really upsetting that Mahi had to die. As I mentioned earlier she has always been the unlucky one - with all negative aspects following her right from the start. 😭

Anyway if Mahi were to be put on the stand at the court then Ganga is in real hot soup so to have him create further havoc for Arase with the assistance of his equally lunatic brother then his path has to be clear with Mahi's demise... 😡

I feel so bad for Mahi, you are right, Rinasen, she has been the unlucky one from tehe beginning.

Mahis dead will def affect Arase and I hope she stops blaming officers who works under her.

Mahi's death is the last thing Arase anticipated and she did not pay much attention for a tighter security unit. She shd have used her brains knowing very well that Ganga is no ordinary criminal and that Mahi's presence in court is of great danger to him.😡

How could a killer easily disguise himself as a police personnel and get into her team?? Where is the logic??? What kind of department is Arase operating?? 😲

This whole scenario simply shows how incapable her police force is and it certainly has put Arase and the police dept.into shame... 👎🏼

I actually dont think Arasi blaming vasanthi was out of line. Obviously she was Mahi protection and should have been more careful, Arasi did acknowledge that she should have not trusted vasanthi to handle this case and she should have gone personally. Delegating task is important especially in police business so you expect the people under you to do their jobs properly. Vasanthi too let the ugly goondachi escape and arasi is furious. They let mahi get stabbed and were practically sleeping when they let the criminal escape, Arasi reaction was logical. I really liked her acting at how she reprimanded vasanthi and threw the phone at her face. I think Arasi is sort of afraid of Selvi, she knows her daughter is going to eat her alive you could see that in her desperation and her panic. Radhika did an excellent job there. 👏

Here I have to disagree, she was more scared of how Selvis reaction would be and that's made her to show her anger on the other lady and that's is very unprofessionally on my view. She also had guilt and we could see that yesterday for forcing mahi to do somethign she doesnt wanted. I don't even think Arase could have prevented Mahi from being stabbed.

But agree with you about how Vasanthy could let P: T Usha escape, they should have shout her on her leg or even tried to inform other patrolling force to trace her.

I am sorry can I state you are trying to judge her too much from her initial reaction. Ofcourse she wants accountability, it is her duty as the head of police to demand accountability. There is nothing unprofessional about that, ofcourse is she was a tad bit unprofessional before she would never have forced Mahi to go to Mumbai in the first place because she would have been sentimental in considering Mahi is like a daughter to her. But we dont know yet what her further reaction will be now that Mahi is dead. She is not saying Vasanthi this is all your fault, but she is stating that Vasanthi was careless which we all can see that she clearly was. I am not trying to let Arasi off the hook here, but when the incident happened Vasanthi is incharge so the blame falls on her. Also I noticed from her dialogues, that Arasi had warned Vasanthi to be alert but her warnings were not taken into account. But Arasi can be blamed for letting the situation get this far. When Selvi was venting Arasi interrupted Vasanthi from trying to take the blame and let Selvi vent at her, Arasi didnt turn around and say here yell at Vasanthi she was with your sister. She acknowledges that as the head of police she will take the blame, but first she is disappointed that her subordinates let her down, if that was unprofessional why shouldnt we expect her to act in such a way especially when this case is linked to her daughter and she expected more. No matter how much Arasi is the iron lady she has a heart doesnt she, only if she had used it before Mahi would still be alive. 😭

I have to agree meli that whole chase sequence was damn ridiculous. Here is a gundachi with a knife and the police are running after her with guns. WHAT THE HELL, no one thought of actually firing the gun at her, it is like they lost their heads all at once and forgot to use their weapons. That is why I am a bit more sympathetic towards Arasi, she would have used her weapon, Arasi was so exasperated that her subordinates are not only careless but damn stupid. I dont blame her for shouting at Vasanthi come on woman you had a gun what in god's name where you thinking instead of using it. 😆
