I think this is the direction it is heading to. Pen in this case is Veer's trust/care/love. Baggage is Rani's emotional state (stress) and Ranisa will use that stress to take away Veer's trust. Rani will lose it for a bit like she lost the pen. Fire will be the outburst of her stress (sickness), where Veer will come save her.
