If we go by our theory then rajmata will blame digvijay n as usual he will b qt,even veer will accuse him directly or indirectly n then after creating much drama kumud will reveal the whole truth in order to save digvijay from further humiliation.

I earlier felt it could be RaniSa child from her earlier which she is not aware is still alive and kicking

But now I feel more connected to Padmini. Padmini had a soft corner without knowing towards Veer and her yellow toffee. She is childless and also her husband is missing from years

It could be RaniSa and Digvijay families are close knit, he knew of Padmini earlier rendezvous in which Padmini thought she lost her child at birth, Digvijay would be foster parenting it which RaniSa later knew, so when asked by her, he told that it is his so that Padmini is saved from RaniSa wrath and Padmini had got married off to another family.

Veer behaviour is more like RaniSa-Padmini family

Veer actually not being a Rajawat by birth would be be a big twister alongwith that he is related to RaniSa and not DV

The way they speak RaniSa with DV, she never rakes up the other woman directly

And Kumud was unselfish till now, they were too bold to meet each other without qualms in RaniSa absence

Kumud could be the nurse in the hospital where Veer took birth
