I too saw Birju standing with Vikram and pinkoo . When Rani wanted Doctor Saab to come, he told her whatever is real is here. Meaning him back for Rani though she grew up with Birju, her heart goes for doctor Saab despite her still having battle with heart Vs mind. I just loved that spontaneous hug. Her love would be same . Must be . Tannaz said her new small make up room. After all it is for ranisa. She said she is shooting somewhere else outside the studio. Since we saw Kiara with her so chamchi ( side kick)must have filled her ears

She is not shooting in the studio( Jaipur set). She is shooting in the Balia set( madh island ). Plus Kiara is also in Balia.( Today morning preyal mentioned village set pics)
