Prem is very upset in the lock up and frustrated as he fails to recollect what happened that fateful night . Rahi offers him reassurance and support .

Parag and Anil want to bail out Prem by hook or by crook but fail.

Police arrives at Poddar house , he questions Mohit and is not satisfied n asks him tk visit police station when ever needed . Mohit then blurts out about the blood stained shirt . Police is taken aback why no one informed him about a blood stained shirt. This is a vital clue . Poddars are shocked , Rahi makes excuses regarding the shirt . Anil,and Rahi say thy Moti Ba has kept that shirt . Moti baa looks flustered and panics . Police demand that the shirt be handed over to him for investigations . Moto baa again panics n informs she has washed that shirt She makes excuses for not getting that shirt . She recollects how she had burnt it , Mohit smiles and n joyed her panic stricken state as police accuse her of destroying vital evidence and abetting the crime . Moti baa panics even more and pleads forgiveness stating she washed it out of ignorance and is sure Prem is innocent and she pleads him to forgive her n release prem. The entire family is accused of destroying evidence . Police warns they better find that shirt or face consequences.

At Shah house Everyone is worried for Prem and Rahi . They all are sad that Prem did not get bailed out . Mahi sheds tears and Baa gets frustrated seeing her . Babuji scolds Pakhi and Toshu for always badmouthing Anupama and Rahi . He scolds Baa too.

Anupama and Raghav investigate the house of Mr Tripathi and they find him at the address. Mr Tripathi panics seeing them and Anuoama and Raghav recognise him as the guy who told police that his son was killed by Prem . He tries to evade their questioning but fails . He throws out Anupama and Raghav out of his house . He then panics as Anupama warns him.

Parag, Moti baa and Anil decide to bribe Mr Tripathi and ask him to withdraw his complaint and get Prem bailed out , Parag is unable to see Prem in lock up any more .

Khyati gets suspicious on Mohit and decides to keep an eye on him. She questions him but he retorts back .

Mr Tripathi and Mohit discuss how Kotharis have bribed him. They decide not to withdraw the case and keep the issue hanging n extract more money . Prem was their golden goose , they could not let go the chance of their life time .

Anupama and Rghav keep close watch on the suspicious Mr Tripathi l sure enought Mr Tripathi is secretly sending his son who is allegedly linked by Prem, is very much alive n is being packed off to Bankok n Singapore for a holiday . Anupama and Raghav nab the guy as he is leaving . The guy is shocked and so is his father.
