Kotharis are welcomed with traditional Gujarati manner n served food on the floor mats in traditional Indian way , on banana leaves. The Kotharis are initially shocked but soon like the idea , it’s been ages since they had meal in traditional manner . For Meera it’s the first time . After they are seated Anupama informs worried Vasundhara that for her special items had been prepared keeping in mind her special requirements . Shahs have also kept in mind Meera’s food allergy . All relish the tasty meal n appreciate the cooking . After the meal is over Rahi wants to serve mithai which she wants to prepare herself . All look forwards to Rahi’s sweet dish but all are disgusted as the dish turns out overloaded with salt . Rahi is shocked n confused , Anupama feels very guilty , soon Anupama learns that it’s Mahi who has mixed Salt into the crushed sugar container . Anupama reprimands Mahi and gives her warning .
After the meal is over Anupama hands everyone a small gift , it’s a sweet in the shape of Ganapathi in the pretty box . All receive with full faith n like the idea.
soon it’s time to leave . Parag gets a call informing him about burglary attempt at Kothari mansion , how the burglar was sent running as the alarm sounded . He tells every9ne that this is not the first time this has happened , but police will need few hrs to search the entire place n resent burglar alarms . Moti baa wants to rest n suggests they move to nearby hotel . Prem suggests they rest in Shah hoise itself . Baa n Babuji offer their humble abode . Raja likes the idea of staying longer . He pulls Ishani along with him n hides behind the wall n he tries to kiss her . She dissuades him n pushes him away .
Baaa, Babuji, Toshu, Kinjal , Anupama discuss that they better make arrangements to accommodate Kotharis over night , range mattresses and dinner for them. Kotharis ask them not to bother as they will adjust n make do what whatever is available at home . Mahi wants to help Anupama in the kitchen but Anupama asks her to stay away , remembering her recent actions . Mahi tries to justify her jealousy and anger as she still loves Prem, but Anupama refuses to buy it and warns she is wrong, she better correct herself.
Raja is smitten by Ishaani and is very keep to further their relationship and wants to kiss her but Ishani resists .
Kotharis and Shahs play the game of Gully cricket and have much fun and bonding .
Anupama and Khyati bond over making tea nd pakodas . Anil ji and Anupama develop loving brotherly bond as he helps Anupama with minor chore in the kitchen .
Parag thanks Anupama and states he will be ever grateful for Shahs accommodating Kotharis into their humble home . Prem accuses Parag of using his helplessness and majboori to show ahsaan on Anupama . Parag suppresses his anger .
Vasundhara feels unwell and Baa makes her rest on her bedroom .
Prem is thrilled and dances with joy on geting the news about his application for training n job internshio at mumbai has ben acceted and they both will jon their cource at mumbai . Parag anf Moti baa ar very upset on knowing Prem will ne going away again.
