Episode begins with Anupama telling Rahi that she has got ready for the sake of her pops , she urges Rahi to get dressed up to the sake of her pops .

After Anu leaves the room, Rahi angrily throws the lehenga away .

At the function venue singing and dancing begins .

Everyone dressed in celebratory attire arrives . Ishaani is busy on her phone n negotiating with her money lender Kunal . She explains she almost laid her hands on the cash when she has to drop the idea , she seeks time to repay from ehr collaboration partner . Ansh tries to help a worried looking Ishaani but she shares nothing . Malini’s dressed up and stares at Prem . Pari notices Mahi infatuated by Prem, but he has eyes only for Rahu. prem and Pari have a great bond .

One by one the residents of the locality performs dance on stage . Anupama also wants to dance . Baa and Dolly discourage her n express her doubts .Anupama is very much motivated to dance as she had found her long lost daughter .

She goes on stage n gives long lecture and Rahi hears her speech n gets inspired . She wants tm celebrate happy occasions and sad ones too . She remembers Kapadia ji and dances on the song ..”mere dholna …”

To her utter surprise Rahu joins the dance . She matches her steps with Anupama and mother n daughter perform . Soon Anupama realises she is day dreaming . Her dream to share stage with Rahi will remain a dream.

As Anupama dances she notices Rahi arrives dressed in the lehenga .

Anupama is very happy n continues to dance and she showers Rahi with rose petals n welcomes her . Rahi is annoyed and walks off. Anupama lovingly wishes her happy Diwali .

All clap and appreciate as Anupama finishes her performance . Shah family reluctantly clap for her .

Next is the dance performance by Prem and he impresses everyone , hebis joined by Anupama and they share the passion for dance .

Rahi accidentally collides with Prem and he makes an effort to be friendly with her n she is annoyed with his flirting .

Rahi and Baa have their differences . Shah family wants tk see Rahi thrown out but they have no idea how to do it . They could have hands her to police when she stole the cash.

Next day Janki Ben and Anupama have grandiose plans for furthering their tiffin service n catering business. Baba mocks them n taunts them sitting on ehr jhoola . Rahi joins them and mocks n taunts baa.

Mahim is all dressed up for Diwali , Baa mocks her , Mahi retorts back and states she wil wear saree in the evening. Anupama suggests to Rahi to put on a saree on Diwali evening . Rahi refuses out rightly .
