Anupama is in the kitchen of SH and she is preparing something , she appears dejected and very depressed .
In US , Anuj n Aadya reach Kapadiya house and Aady is jubilant and excited , Shruti is away on work trip . Aadya leaves for visiting friends leaving Anuj alone in the house . He is lost in thoughts of Anuoama n very depressed .
Kinjal notices Anupama and gives her a long lecture on patching up n reuniting with Anuj, giving more priority to herself rather than others. She should stop giving so much importance to Aadya and concentrate on Herself n Anuj. Anupama initially feels dejected but after prolonged lecturing and persuasion and motivation by Kinjal , she agrees to speak to Anuj.
Devika arrives at Kapadia house , she is on a business trip with colleagues . She lashes out at Anuj for not forcing Anupama to accompany him to the US , for not giving importance to his love n his feelings , he should have forced Anupama and not allowed her to give priority to others as was Anu’s habit . He should give priority to MaAn rather than Shruti n Aadya . Devika motivates Anuj to contact Anupama n reunite . Anuj agrees after prolonged persuasion , he dials Anupama’s number .
Anupamaa and Anuj have hit n miss moments while calling eachother . Finally they talk , they get emotional and profess their love n yearning for eachother . They share their wishes to reunite as they can’t bear to stay away from eachother . Anuj decides to come to India and take Anu with him. She agrees to accompany him .Anuj is thrilled and Devika congratulates him n is very happy for him. Aadya returns home and over hears this . She is angry n disappointed that Pops chose Anupama rather than her.
Devika meets Aadya and gives her a dressing down. As Aadya bad mouths Anupama and Devika she gets one tight slap . Devika shows Aadya the mirror and warns her not to interrupts in issues concerning her mummy n papa . Aadya is very upset .
At Ahmedabad old age home , Baa and Babuji are trying to enjoy the tea served n missing their lovely home made masala chai .
They are very happy as Pakhi and Toshu come visiting and offer sugar free cream rolls to them. Other inmates are impressed to see their grand kids caring for them . Soon it is evident that they have come tk get the NOC document signed by Babuji and they have visited for their own vested interests rather than their love for their grand parents .
Babuji signed the papers and has heavy heart .
Pakhi and Toshu return home , they learn about Anupama’s plans to reunite with Anuj .
Anupama is very happy and expresses her happiness as she gets a call from Devika ,she thanks her n is indebted to her for all her help . Anupama meets Baa n Babuji at vriddhasram n they are happy tk learn she was going to reunite with Anuj . Babuji blesses her .

Anuj gets a call from Aadya and she is attempting self harm , Anuj tries to dissuade her , but Aadya threatens and asks him to stay away . Anuj is distraught .
Anupama is secluded from family members n leading life at old age home as one of the care takers . She is seen missing he relived ones and staring at pics of family members . She notices a couple romantic in the veranda, she makes arrangements for their legal marriage at old age home itself . She gets appreciated by the couple , only a person who knows the value of true love can give so much importance to the love story of a stranger.
