And as far as the little bit cooking I know, Karela is bitter so it has to be washed multiple times and then we rub salt all over it and keep it for sometime (I generally keep 3-4 hours) so that bitterness mellows down, and after that we cook it, I guess same goes for the skin of Karela too although I have never tried these Muthiyas so not sure.
Maa has got 20 mins to prepare each dish, I watched this lady’s video and no way we can make these Muthiyas in 20 mins.
