Yashdeep and Anupama not informing other staff is typical example of how she has raised her kids. Not informing them about reality and not letting them decide for themselves. Neither she takes responsibility for herself nor let other become responsible for their lives. She will decide for everyone. First she will try to be Jagat Mata. Takes whole world responsibility on herself. If anybody thinks otherwise then she will give long bhashans to prove them wrong. And suddenly something will happen and she will leave everyone and run away.

yeah. And then she’s not guaranteed to show up. Who knows some emergency might come up like Pari isn’t eating. Maa has other important things to attend to. Finally if all stars align and she shows up, she will start her bhashan. smiley29smiley37

Did you see how her dish looked in the recap? So shoddy. Zero presentation. As far as I know, mohanthal is always a rectangular/cube shape. Guess she gave the judges the pre cooling down version leave aside slicing and preparing it.

You know this is classic maid behavior, all are like that. My maid went on a Navratri Holiday for one day and came after 3 days because her son fell sick. 😓

Maa has all traits to become a perfect Maid.

I swear inka pehle se hi 3-4 din plan hota hai. They take 1-2 days off and then the rest is just “achanak kuch hua leave.”


Haa will send her over aapke yaha. Uska yuck pallu kaatne wali hu. Aap uska sweater fek dena.

how will the workers survive after the closure? I mean no compensation, no notice period and now no job.


India mei toh where there are more than 100 workers working vahan toh bohot lamba procedure follow karna padta inko closure se pehle


however I don't think yahan 100 workers kaam karte honge, I am also not aware about the labour laws of America.


but still, they deserve compensation as they were not served the notice, even if it is not a rule, toh humanitarian grounds par de do.


Why I am not stressing on the rule part kyunki America ke laws kaa Idk and even in India small industries kaa mujhe pata nahi ki what compensation and notice period rule is followed choti industries mei.

unlike the large industrial establishments where you need to serve 90 days kaa notice period to the appropriate govt, at least 30-60 days kaa notice period to the workers if not then full wages for that period, after that you need to pay compensation to those workers who are working for more than 6 months by calculating 15 days kaa average pay for each additional year jo unhone kaam kiya.
