We thought Vanar Jhuli were the antagonists but they became the lead characters of the show, constantly getting new coats of whitewash and glorification by the one who was supposed to be the lead

Exactly, no discussion of signature whatsoever. And Maa still doesn’t know her kids well, all her anger comes out only when it’s Kapadias in question else she melts within few seconds when it’s Shahs 😂
