Why is anupama hated so much? - Page 2

Bang on!! This needed to be said..

One of the major reasons behind the hate is, I would say, the hypocrisy of the character. She preaches, but never actually brings her own advices into action.

It's not the fault of rational, sensible people that someone feels AnupaMaid is a real person.

In case someone thinks that AnupaMaid is your beti/bahu/chachi/masi/bua/mami/bhatiji or any such duuur ka rishtedaar, you need to get help. I'll gladly share a list of therapists and counsellors who can be approached.

I’d advice you to take all opinions with a pinch of salt. If any member finds the forum pro/anti something or someone, its their lookout, they are free to express their displeasure as long as it meets the criteria of discussion on a public platform and personal attacks are avoided…

The comments on this thread itself are a testimony to the varied opinions of real people who are gladly neither paid PR nor emotionally invested in the show, actors or characters unlike other platforms.

If someone feels their views are not being heard or appreciated here, they are welcome to leave or stay to present their POV in a constructive manner.

No, you did not confuse me. I completely agree with this. This forum has been my go to space since the opinions are justified with sane logic and mostly tend to match me POV.

Recently, I was in hospital for over a month and it was not good but coming here and reading and making fun of writers characterisation and reading multiple logical opinions here kept me going ! Forever grateful for this space and funny comments that bought a smile even during the toughest times.

I disagree that this forum hates Anupama. Infact, it is not even biased toward Anuj. Compared to other platforms like Instagram and Youtube where many people are feeling bad for Anupama and ignoring her mistakes, this forum is the only place where a spade is called a spade. The shortcomings of every character as well as the story are criticized, that too, with a sense of emotional detachment.
