Another addition to the list is Anupama's questionable commitment. (Might come across as silly, anyway).

Especially in a professional world, paid or honorary, even if one has to take a PTO or leave (as the case may be), one has to inform in advance, in some cases take permission so that the work in NOT affected and alternate arrangements are made. This is a matter of commitment. Not that one wakes up on one day and says from today I won't do this or that I will work if I want to, when I want to.

What else does one expect after a series of failed commitments?

1. She started a Dence Ecedemy, tossed it around.

Imagine Anupama starts working at a hospital at whatever post because she has multiple qualifications, suddenly one day she gets a work permit for US and a Job offer for which she never appeared for any interview but was just selected based on some random videos which don’t even show her face but manages to bag an offer

She has to be there for an emergency in the hospital but she has to take an Udaan, so she informs the Peon to let the authorities know that she won’t be able to come, she has a flight to catch, yes she committed yesterday before Devika came to her house that she would be present tomorrow but she has suddenly bagged an opportunity she cannot refuse so she can’t come. (And leaves someone to die)

These scenarios are not imaginable in the slightest as AnupaMaid is not professional or dedicated towards anything other than at providing free service to Shameless shahs. She doesn't have even a bit of integrity in her towards her own independent passions and has abandoned all ventures midway.

Bhairavi was one example and there were so many other children she was teaching dance to. Whatever happened to them? Are we assuming that they all learnt classical dance in a month??? That's deeply disrespectful towards the many practitioners and gurus who have spent years perfecting their talent. But then those who give these arguments are talentless hacks.

AnupaMaid doesn't have any qualifications or aptitude for a professional job. Even after knowing about his true intentions very well since the time when he and mawaali jhuli plotted to prevent her from going to Amreeka before Makkhi's birth, she kept on letting them and the other shameless shahs use and throw her like a tissue paper, all these years. In essence, a complete failure at stopping people from abusing and manipulating her over and over again.
