Her biggest failure is her inability to make the best of (multiple) second (even third, forth, fifth and countless) chances given to her just due to her inability to detach from Shah's. The irony is, she could cut herself off from Anuj but never from her grihasti turned maan na maan, Shah House to mera mayke wala makaan, kinda attitude..
