It's also a source of great learning. Before this show, I had never fathomed that there could be "sentient trashcans that can move around" , but AnupaMaid and her filthy phemli - the shameless shahs taught me otherwise

Assuming whatever Anuj said broke her completely and the timing of it all came when she was already thrown out by Shahs and went through a traumatic accident herself. Wanting to cut off from everyone is sometimes needed. Usually when such traumatic experiences happen, both parents are concerned about the child’s mental welfare, especially if they are getting divorced…she should have tried to ensure (through counselling or therapy) that the child is able to cope with the situation and make choti realise that she wasn’t neglected nor is not being abandoned. Simply walking out of the life of a once orphan kid is insensitive. Another thing I truly believe is that if they both have decided to separate, why forcefully show a connection that doesn’t even exist? Anuj chose choti over all other relations and that’s a fair choice. Show him as a great parent to Aadhya and as a loyal boyfriend to Shruti. I would love to see Anuj be in a relationship with someone who is not constantly distracted like Anu. Anupama too made a choice of breaking ties with all…show her as a second time divorced yet successful woman who is coping even without family ties. Why forced it Maa sentiments when she chose to walk away from being Maa? Why do they have to give her god syndrome and everyone else an abuser card. Why can’t they simply show characters who actually move on? I don’t want them to reconnect and rekindle love that’s non existent…accept the mistake and move on
