The episode begins with the restaurant owner asking who made the masala chai, he asks for more masala to be made . Anupama gets very scared n regrets making masala chai , pleads him not to throw her out , she had nowhere to go , with other passport , with out money . She apologises and pleads him n weeps. The chef asks her to stop crying, as she was not getting thrown out but her chai was being appreciated .
Anupama is surprised as she is asked to make more masala and Al, customers will be served this Masala chai, which has the flavours of “Bharat”
Anupama is very pleased to hear this . The chef seeks permission tko accompany Anupama to the PS for new passport n other documents , they get permission to go during break time . Also she is asked to give the list of items needed for preparing this masala. Anupama readily agrees.
At the school even Anuj is very happy to share Aadya’s achievement on the social media l Shruti is there with him to share the happiness. He blurts out “Choti Anu” and Shruti catches the name and asks him about it , Anuj is surprised with himself why he took this name he had long stopped using . He wonders why he was thinking of Anupama. What was happening to him.
Aadya comes running to pops with her trophy and hugs him tightly , he is very happy with her coming first in the race and appreciates her every moment . The happy trio then decide to go for a snack as Aadya was very hungry . Shruti wants to go to Indian restaurant, Aadya dislikes choley bhaturey , Anuj too dislikes I Dian food but after Shruti’s persuading all give in to her wishes .
Anuj is questioned by Shruti for giving up Indian food . Anuj’s mind goes back to Anupama when he relished her cooking , after separating from her she never ever ate Indian food, he shares nothing with Shruti.
At the restaurant Anupama is leaving for PS alone as Chef is too busy as there were many customers. He leads Anupama some money for the work . She is very thankful.
Anupam and Anuj hit n miss moments as she is walking out n Anuj Shruti are entering the restaurant.
Anuj enters the place n gets the scene of masaley that remind him of Anupama , he looks around and feels nostalgic like near before , chef offers them newly introduces masala chai and both relish it. Anuj is overwhelmed as the chai reminds him of his Anu. Shruti is happy to know this chai was made by Joshi Ben , with whom her suitcase got exchanged, they could not meet her as She was out for some work.
Outside the restaurant Aadya arrives after seeing off her friends, she accidentally comes face to face with Anupama and all her memories of the terrible car accident come flooding to her mind when she gets rejected by mummy who chose to rescue others as priority over her .
She feels surge of hatred for her mummy and runs away .
Surprisingly Anupama fails to recognise Choti Anu though she feels the connections/finds her familiar .
Aadya runs inside the restaurant and hugs pops , she is very disturbed and she is scared mummy will separate her from her pops and she will be rejected again. She pleads Pops n Shruti to take her home . Anuj n Shruti are shocked at her behaviour, they reassure her n decide to get back home .
Back at SH , Dimpy keeps getting phone calls from Titu which she is seen ignoring. Vanraj questions her for talking to some guy on the road at night. She informs she was meeting her old student while she was returning home after purchasing milk got Ansh. Vanraj gets angry n warns her not to speak to men on the road and never leave the house at night , she better inform him of anything was required . Dimple meekly agrees.
At home Aadya hugs Pops and pleads him never to leave her . He reassures her . She claims she was feeling unwell n she goes to her room locks her door and curls up in a corner , recollects the horrible car accident again n feels how she was rejected n unloved by her mumma.

Aadya meets Anupama at a shop, she hates her whips she is sweet to the stranger girl with whom she feels some unknown connection. Aadya says she disliked talking to strangers n walks away. She calls pops and informs she disliked this eating joint n was going to another place . Anuj is supportive .
