No ,she had a tumour in one of her overies which was malignant and got removed by surgery.She can concieve with her other overy eventhough it is difficult at this age.

If anuj wants he can have biological child thru surrogacy

Anupama cannot become mother its ok take donor ovary and anuj sperm and they can have biological child

But is anupam awilling to allow anuj to have his own child with a ovary donation from another woman (may be devika, Maya is dead or she could donate) because her shah kids may be ignored for giving business later if anuj real son comes

Nowadays ppl actually chose whose ovary you will take to have your baby and whether its boy or girl science is so advance thru surrogacy and IVF

Anupama need not become mother again to make anuj and maan parents
