Property/house share

Can someone tell me what does Dimpy mean by her and Samar part of the share in the house? I am confused. The house is Vanraj’s parents. How does a Samar has any claim to it? It’s not like this was Vanraj’s house and now he’s dead so Samar also has a share in inheritance to demand a share in the house?

This claim of their don’t even make sense and other characters just went along with it being scared and not able to answer to dimpy? Dimpy even threatened legal action if she and Samar don’t get their share. But what share? Is there a law in India which gives children the right to have share in the house even if the parents and grandparents are alive?

Yes, There is a law, but for that, the owner of the property has to make a will, which says that the owner is dividing the property among their descents, but the first right on this property is of vanraj and dolly. And then it will be divided into toshu samar pakhi and meenu. Idk in what basis dimpy is asking for the share .

arre Dimpy ko pata hai.....sab anpadh ganwar hain uss ghar mein....kuchh bhi bol doh.....and Mata ji will be ready with her dus panno ka bhashan...

Actually SamPle are not trying to kick anyone out so there is nothing the court would do against them.

But neither Anupamaa nor Vanraj can deny any of the children a share in the property because it is inherited and the children cannot be kicked out.

Hence if it comes to division due to dispute, Paritosh, Samar, Pakhi will inherent half of the house via Vanraj and Meenu will inherit half via Dolly's share.

For the responsibility of the children, they can be taken to court only if they have been proven to not provide sustenance and maintenance expenses to their immediate parents when they have a source of income. It cannot be held against SamPle for now as they have not yet denied paying for either Vanraj or Anupamaa.

If Bapuji was dead and the property solely belonged to Vanraj then Samar making a claim on it would make some sense. Because that is possible, as a child of Vanraj, he can demand his share in the property.

Of course if Vanraj died without any will then a court might divide property between all of his children. But in this case it makes no sense since Bapuji is alive. The first right to the property is of Vanraj and Dolly, then Samar, Toshu and Pakhi.

In between we had track where Bapuji gave a portion to Anupama but she signed it away on Baa's demand (without reading the paper lol) and Kavya tricked Baa and named the property to herself. Then Kavya gave it back to Vanraj? I think I don't remember. There was also that loan these guys never seemed to have paid back, or rather Anuj paid for it, but I don't think the property papers ever reached his desk. He did say the money he gave to Anupama for repayment was another loan from his company as Anupama was then his employee, I would think giving out that much big amount of loan through the company would mean the property papers would be given to him as assurance. But now Anupama is the owner of KE. Not sure what happened to the loan unless someone messed up the audits and made it disappear. (financial literacy course my foot)

So actually I am not even sure to whom the Shah house really belongs. In any case I don't think Samar would be able to make a claim on it in the current situation.

As long as Vanraj and Dolly are alive, Samar and Dimple have no say. They can be kicked out any time. If Vanraj dies WITHOUT a will OR with a will that gives them a share, only then they can claim.

If they are demanding property share while parents and grandparents are alive, its harrassment.

First she demanded claim to Anuj-Anupama’s wealth yet still backstabbed them and now claiming right to the Shah’s house. I am not a law student so bhai itna detail toh nahi pata. But of course, if dimpy files case of DV, then whole phemily will celebrate rakshabandhan/ janmashtmi together in prison.
