Only mawaali Jhuli can elaborate what exactly can she do to help by going there. Maybe they all just need their favourite punching bag who they can abuse and insult endlessly. There is nothing she could have done in a lot of matters involving the adult kids but shameless shahs needlessly dragged her and she let them do it.

In this promo, she now seems to be saying the right thing, offering her support but at a distance and not on their terms. Though she should have done it long ago. At least more people would have taken her seriously and respected her. What I only find ironic is that person at the center of the latest controversy is Samar, nothing else.
