On one side they were earlier husband and wife and now exes, on the other side because maayka and parents are same, they are like muhbole bhai behen. I think it's a bit confusing. To cover the parenting of defective Anuraj products as well, let's just say that they are "Friends with benefits" 😉

Story-wise, while I understand k Anupama ne foster kiye huye orphan ko bina authorities ko inform kiye kisi manipulative adult k saath jane diya wo galat hai, but I strongly feel Anuj is over reacting to this whole situation at another level.

Bhai legally adopt nahi kiya tha m, bass foster child thi wo. Foster kids can go back to some other adoptive parents or their own parents if they become lawfully available. For ome its like when due to family situation you taking care of your niece or nephew. And when their parent become available, you overreacting kids moving back to their place. 26years jisko stalk kiya usake upar ek foster child ko rakhana is so unhealthy possessiveness 😧

Anupama is crying her eyes out when Anuj broke up with her…but Anuj crying out when choti left seems OTT?

Anupama wants to abide by law and let go of choti, Anuj doesn’t want to further ruin the marriage so he’s walked out….if only both views could be accepted! Sigh! Sadly daily soaps will ensure we sympathise with one and hate the other eventually…

I never understood the deal with fixating on a married woman for 26 years just because you had a crush on her in college. People are barely legal teenagers in college. Uss bachpan ke infatuation par kya fixate karna and never moving on in life?

Literally, no one asked him to wait around for Anupama, and he's not mahan for doing so. What if Upma had a happy marriage with Vanraj? What stopped him from adopting a kid before meeting Upma? She did not rob his chances at having a family by living in another country uaware of his existence lol. Anuj's character sketch was always so flimsy to me.

I think they wanted to make Apoorva the ML but his character sketch was not too flashy to show passionate romance on itv.

Before anyone bashes me for being an upma stan, I don't like any of the characters on this show apart from Kavya and somewhat Rakhi lol
