Can the courts intervene, regardless? May be neighbours file a case of public nuisance against Kapadias and Shahs.

They (court) realise there is no dearth of drama here which is not conducive for a foster child and the court asks Choti Anu to be handed to a Government run Centre under the surveillance of the court. Maaya can challenge the decision but Kapadias can testify that her pheelings for Mishter Kapadia are questionable amd can lead to negligence and cannot be handed over complete custody of the child till a certain age under supervision.

It looked clear to me that Maya is taking revenge by taking away CA. MaAn asked her to leave and she wants to teach them a lesson for it. She said about giving Anupama a gift she'll never forget. That's not the way a mother who "loves" her child talk or behave. You don't see it, that's not my problem. And do people really expect MaAn to keep Maya in the house after her love declaration. Any sane person would ask her to leave. She should have gone to cops and court and taken away her child legally. That's what people with integrity do. And Anupama and Anuj are married for quite some time now. He seemed ok with all the nonsense she does, except a few times. So he has accepted her as she is. No way that is goung to change just because CA is gone. He will be broken no doubt. But I doubt he's going to leave his wife because of that.

I don't know about Choti Anu being the glue to the Anupama-Anuj marriage. I am not concluding anything.

I guess Choti Anu's adoption was Anuj's dream of a complete family and a means to let Anupama "move on" froma toxic household. Which never happened thanks to her wanting sab sab sab.

Let's put it this way:

Anupama could care less for Choti Anu when:

1. She had accompanied her for a Christmas getaway and left her with a sleeping Kinjal and an infant in a broken car in the middle of the road merely days after the Dimple incident when the case was sub-judise.

2. Leela repeatedly abused her in front of Shahs and Kapadias. Infact ALL she could say was a soft "Baa" and on the contrary stop Barkha and others from voicing/calling them out.

3. Leave her with a critically injured, recovering, wheelchair bound, Anuj days after his discharge from a major mishap.

4. Forget to fill up Choti Anu's forms for her school assignment.

5. Miss her Dance competition.

6. Did not bother speaking to Choti Anu when she was on a forced picnic on NYE.

Inspite of Anuj's call-outs to Anupama atleast 3 times that Choti Anu needs time and that Choti Anu is very important to him.

In today's episode too, Choti Anu mentioned that she stayed up so long to say Goodbye but they never returned soon enough.

She did not realise, cherish or value her life with Anuj and Choti Anu.

When did she start being available for Choti Anu and for that matter, Anuj?

When she had a threat/competition in Maaya.

When Anupama said, she is free now and Anuj replied that now he was busy.

Maaya has passed away & CA comes back to MaaN but totally changed & for revenge. She actually blames them for letting her go with Maaya as she wasn’t happy with her. Maaya wasn’t a bad mom but wasn’t a good mom either. She missed out on the childhood she thinks she deserved because MaaN gave her away

Want to see MaaN suffer more & see how much Anu loves Bebli now that she’s a teen & complete opposite of her name sake

I would remember for a long time the scene where Maaya made the cake on CA’s demand, decorated it with sprinkles and all, and MAA came in the last minute and cut it with Anuj and they even almost forgot to offer her the cake SHE made. In one of your posts you said that no need to prove anything whether Maya is her bio mom or not, I am sorry but here I differ. I agree that if X comes to my mom and says that I belong to her then X might have to go to prove that I am her daughter, but here the case is different, Kapadiya's were fostering CA, if someone comes and claims that the child belongs to her then the burden of proof is on that person because CA was in orphanage and not with her real parents, even AK was fostering her so jab tak adoption ho nahi jata tab tak the child is the responsibility no one can take the child just like this.

This Anupama actually risked life of a child, when Maya was saying ki DNA test karvana hai tab hi she would have said naa ki haan karva lete hain "main maa hoon" bol kar sare logon keliye problems khadi kar di.

Who has made him a businessmen, why is he not contacting to the lawyer, arey agar Maya CA ki mom hai toh let her take CA (only if her intentions are good) but first let her prove naa, he is just crying like anything, arey pagal insaan aaj tak Law yaa Lawyer kaa naam suna hai toh jaa kar baat karo naa usse, poocho ki what can be done, she is taking CA out of India, why they are not involving relevant authorities till now.

I agree that Anupama is not a good mother for CA (actually not for anyone) but still that doesn't mean that you can send a kid with anyone. kisi ko bulao, check karvao uske intentions dekho if she is really her mom or not.

According to me CA naa Maya ko, naa Anupama ko aur naa Anuj ko milni chahiye, Kavya is the right person for CA I guess, but first she should leave vanraj then only she should get CA, actually she should get married to aanirud if she wants.

vaise I don't know why but I like anuj and kavya, now don't report me for this please.

Theoretically, yes. But after Maaya made the claim, Anuj Kapadia called up the manager of the orphanage (supposed to be his friend) who confirmed that she was the biological mother. This was accepted and that's all which has been shown.

Whether Kapadias should have enquired further is a point which can be discussed but from the viewpoint of what they have shown, it's more or less settled for now and no doubts have been raised unless they bring up new facts in the future or some track to completely change the scenario.

It's a fact that Kavya was always genuinely nice to CA immediately when they introduced, she would make hot chocolate for her etc. It's good that she decided not to have any kids with Trash but whether she leaves him is debatable
