No one said she shouldn't meet. She had all the right to meet and pamper.

But the only problem is her priorities. Just an example ek saal ka baccha aur 15 years ka ladka ro raha hai. Whom will you first console?

Yaar koi bhi maa bacche mein na farak nahi dikhati.. adopted ho kya khudki. A good mother will never ever differentiate. Anupama's kids are grown-up. But choti is small.

Particularly since Anupama always uses Krishna's name and conpares herself with Yashoda. And then doesn't care and neglects her foster daughter?

Bhool gaye, Krishna himself was fostered and people remember Yashoda more than Devaki?

Shame on her for taking Krishna's name with this attitude

But such thinking leads to many adopted children being abused in real life and should not be ignored. It should 100% be called out and addressed. Imagine thinking adopted kids should be neglected and can never be looked after as real kids

Agreed ! I got worked up unnecessarily. Will duly ignore going forward. No headaches needed on an online forum meant for entertainment 😉

I agree that sometimes certain thoughts are very regressive and harmful to society and must be called out. As long as you're not attacking someone personally, calling out these kind of thoughts is good. But then again some people don't even try to see logic, they are so blinded by their love for a terrible FL, they will twist any logic to suit their argument. So could argue that there's no point wasting your time. Better to ignore 😊

I have never understood blind worship of a character. Usually in literary or cinematic works when you love a character you truly analyse them. Point out their flaws, disagree with them, engage in meaningful debates and learn. You don't just blindly support someone, whether fictional or real. Isn't that how we grow as people. And when real life people are not perfect, how can this fictional character who has barely grown 1% as a human being be?

Also let's say they really love and want to support this fictional character. If they truly cared for Anupama's well being would they not point out all her mistakes so that hopefully she changes? Or are they happy with her being stuck as Shah's unpaid doormat maid all her life as long as no one says anything about her character? They don't understand that this defense of Anupama is coming at the cost of her own growth/happiness in life...it's beyond me. People want her to get out of this toxic abusive cycle, find happiness in her loving husband and child (unlike those ungrateful abusive brats who are her adult children and in-laws) and in her career, education etc. So they criticise her. But these people keep supporting her as if she's doing everything perfectly, then will she ever grow as a person??
