Maybe she's back to regain custody of Choti Anu because writers realized the blunder of the adoption track. That way with Choti Anu out of the way, the writers don't have to deal with the constant criticism from fandom for Anupama prioritizing Shah fights over Choti Anu's happiness every time.

Nah she is there for the show to take leap. Now after this track nobody can question Anu Maa's love for CA

She is a pretty actress. Outside of Anupama, I don’t watch any Indian dramas so will be nice to see someone new. It will be interesting if she is Anuj’s Ex and CA’s bio mom. Show is getting boring for me so new entry will be nice, first! I would love it if this woman has connection Ankush too. Maybe the lady he was talking to on the phone in the car. 😉 Barkha and Ankush need a story too.

CA real mother track is just to show mahanta of MA how she is better and loving mother than her real mother . Since all were bashing on her feelings for CA so writer thought how MA can be wrong so this track introduced to white wash MA image.
