Seriously, the guy thinks he's going to become business man of the year in one year!!! I was like what's this guy smoking?

His businessman of the year rant is as believable as “vanraj shah is back” nonsense

See when anuj built his business back up after losing his money, it was believable because he’s already an established businessman, has goodwill in the industry, probably has great references , he has obviously demonstrated good skill to run a business for so many years successfully ..

Toshu here has not worked properly for a single day in his life….absolutely no skill to write abt apart from his so called “mba”….not once did we see him being appreciated for his work, getting promotions , finishing a major project, he didn’t even land a job on his own merit ….his preference was to attend pakhis wedding celebrations over joining a job….that itself shows his work ethic is zero

He’s definitely full of crap and will fall flat on his face soon ..😂

Was he really having a job to begin with? Earlier when he used to work with Rakhi people had an issue with it, if its within the family it can always be sorted out.

2. He is using someone's photo for publicity and marketing without the latter's permission.

Again that could have been done casually too, we dont know why it was put there as of yet.

3. He mentioned his intention was never to work, it was only a means to convince Kinjal into returning. This is malicious.

About this, i think he was already quite vocal about it since the start and she knew it too yet she offered him work.

5. Every business, however small, requires planning, contacts, capital and more importantly vision. Have smart goals and milestones.

Maybe he did all of that I assume he isn't too stupid to jump into something and ditch his existing stable job just like that.

Kinjal offered him a job because he approached her and because he wasn't able to find a job after he came home from rehabilitation.

There was no earning member in the family apart from Kavya and Samar.

This was not well received at Shahs because Kinjal would be his boss.

I can't remember him mentioning about him not willing to work with Kinjal with the sole intention to gain her trust.

He was very clear when he mentioned that he wanted people to know he is a Kapadia Acquaintance to benefit from the goodwill through word of mouth contacts. That is marketing.

Anyway, his ideas of running a business is far from fact🤷🏻‍♀️. Paritosh has been shown as a frivolous character.

burst out laughing when Toshu said, I am in the business of real estate. 😂The boy has never truly had a job that he has gotten on his own. The only expertise he has is calling mommy and his stepfather for rescue but hey, I will watch youtube and learn to be the businessman of the year.

Kavya, wearing modeling, wasn’t in my new year ball but, if it gets under Baa’s skin go for it. Kinjal just needs to go back to her mother’s house where she will get more peace and help.

It's really not a redemption arc for him but possibly a means to get him reconciled with Kinjal or MAA by showing him make a blunder and them rescuing him.

Or maybe Dheeraj is his financer and it will be a big reveal like Vanika alliance hidden in plain sight and will use it to trap Doshu and blackmail MaAn.

Pakhi's conversion seemed a lot more believable and its also clear there is a possibility that she may continue this or revert to her old self.

Anyway, in my limited knowledge, real estate ke kaam me bhi you need to research about areas/localities, available properties/builders, background verification, follow-ups. More importantly, you have to compete not only with seasoned agents but with online portals. Raaton raat aaye gyaanoday ko implement karne ke liye pehle ground work toh karna chahiye na? Unless he was moonlighting (which I highly doubt).
