She would have actually shown some spine had she chosen Option 4.

I always wanted her to make an identity for herself as an entrepreneur before marrying, like Sreemoyee was shown to have a handicrafts business (ofcourse by Rohit's monetary help but it was on her name and her ideas) with a 2 crore turnover or something like that, before she married.

Yes her kids were still her weakness especially Dithi (Pakhi) but she did what she wanted and had a stronger stand.

But here most of the time is spent helping the Shahs or saving the Shahs. She seems to be someone who impulsively divorced but is still desperate for the toxic family to give her an approval and support her for once.

She doesn't have one thing she can claim as just hers. A dance academy on Hasmukh's land which she hardly finds time to visit, a restaurant collaboration claiming to employ underrated housewives but she cares hardly a dime about, kids and grandkids who are actually Shahs when it comes to nomenclature and claims but hers to clean up messes and a husband and daughter she is hardly present for.

Dithi at least had self-respect. She did not leech off Rohit's money. Yeah, she was a paltubaaj when it came to her dad but she got a beautiful redemption. She chose Rohit in place of her dad for her marriage ceremonies. Also, she understood Rohit's importance in her mom's life and never did she insult them again.
