With Babuji having an accident and maahan Baa complaining to her son that Anuj was rude and that's why Babuji left, the next part is obvious.

Irrespective of how much the annoying oldie is hurt or not, the loudspeaker son and screeching mother are gonna come down on Anuj and Anupama and as usual, Anupama maata will only cry "mere babuji" and not stand by her husband and say baa was on the one interfering. She'll start with lets focus on babuji for now, then remain silent watching her husband be insulted, then say she'll keep baa and babuji till he is fine, that would shift the loudspeaker also in the house who'll daily taunt the slave as she works hard for her babuji, which will make Anuj also start pitying her and the poor man would blame himself for being a free ka driver and give his wife, daughter and house to these good for nothing freeloaders.

I cant call her a maid because I was brought up being taught to respect everyone for their work and she isn't respected, so am gonna use the term slave only for her who were historically not respected and treated like she is by her family.

My mother left her in laws when she was disrespected, along with my father, but both took care of them in old age, without being doormats, and yet there are times when we felt they were prioritizing others over us and they would balance it out.

People like Leela exist. Very much. They cannot see their children run an independent life. They do NOT care that Vanraj wanted to work and build a career. ALL they care is for who will take care of them.

Jhilmil ke baad agar koi tik nahin raha aapke yaha toh problem unme nahin aapne hain. Itna hain na toh shift ho sakte ho 4 options hain:

1. Dolly ke yaha:

(because ek beti ke mayke me toh aaj bhi ho. And Beta nahin hain yaha toh apni sagi Beti toh kar hi sakti hain na.)

2. Rakhi Dave ke mahal:

Parpoti ka Dhyanesh bhi rakhlena. Waha ke staffs Kapadia Mansion missing nahin hain.

3. Anupama ke Asli mayke me:

🤷🏻‍♀️ Anupama beti hain.

4. Vanraj ke Delhi quarters me:

This, in my opinion is the best option aur Pakhi ko bhi ke jaao (she wanted to go to a more posh and high-fi city). Samar Dance Academy Sambhal lega yaha. Use toh khana banana, washing machine chalana, bartan dhona bhi aata hain. Samar thoda hostel life bhi enjoy kar lega.

If what you said were to happen (which is most likely), he should say, "we are done" and get out of there. As a high moral ground, let everyone stay at Kapadia's. Ankush-Barkha move to a different house because they can't stand Shahs and Adhik is forced to go along.

Vanraj's house makes the most sense. They are HIS responsibility, going by the MCP character he has (I loved it when Adhik called him that)

My Nani lived with us since she had nobody else, but she never tried to be my way or highway. She changed herself to fit our independent lifestyle and set boundaries on what she wanted us to respect, which worked perfectly for all of us and lived together happily for 30 years before she passed away.

I so wish he does that. I don't understand if the makers are even trying to understand their audience. My mother is also fed up of anupama's nonsense and she makes fun of it with me. She makes my father watch the show to tell him how lucky he is to get her and not somebody like Anupama! 😆

Bodhi, Why must he give up high grounds. He rebuild his childhood home for his family not to hand it over to Anupama and her ex in-laws. Kick all of them out of your house. I could care less how it effect them. In fact Anupama can go with the Shah. Take Pakhi with you. Why must Anju need deal with her responsbility. Kick all of them to the curbs. I am tired of this family and their greed. There America’s version of trash. Anju could do so much better.

A gold digger like Pakhi also sounds like a dream wife in front of Anupama, at least she admits she only cares about herself.

Every boy should watch this show, they would love their "selfish" wives more. And this am saying because of the stupid patriarchal concept that wives need to be this "selfless" for oldies of the house.

It was the same for my mother. Since she was an only daughter there was no one else to look after my Nana-Nani either so they came to live with us. But they never interfered in our life the way this Baa does. They accepted that it was my mother's sasural and that some things were done differently. They had some things where they would not compromise but that is understandable and they never made a big issue out of it.

Sadly my Nani passed away during covid. But she also lived with us some 20+ years happily and my Nana is still living with us without any issues, well adjusted to our lifestyle. So, it totally depends on the person whether they are willing to make it work.

Here Baa is acting as if it is her house and she is getting thrown out of it. Or as if Anuj is standing over her head with a whip and starving her. I say if she has so much problem then better let her leave. Let her Trashraj son take care of her. She is in no way Anupama's responsibility.

What I don't understand is that the house pakhi and adhik were staying in is empty right? Why can't Baa go and live there instead of doing this nautanki?

Because if they stay in the empty house then Baa will not get chance to ruin Anupama's life. She is a jealous old hag who cannot bear to see Anupama happy. And now when she has seen how good Anuj is with her, how Anupama has gotten a real good/affluent family in her second marriage, she is hell bent on destroying it.

Deep inside for Baa, Anupama only deserves to be a maid, serving her family, staying in the kitchen and constantly listening to this Jhula premi chudail's taunts. In the episode where Anupama and family where leaving for Anu's function, she was standing in corner and being a rotten rat saying how it's not right for Anupama to devote any time to other people except her.

The fault as Anuj keeps pointing out lies with Anupama not recognising the witch's intentions and not drawing any boundaries. If Anupama put her foot down, learned to say No to this Baa, then half the problems in her life would be eliminated on their own.
