Finally an episode worth watching specially on the heels of that nonsensical laying down on pavement drama. (Where is selmon bhai when u need him?)
Anyways. Anuj ne aaj dukhti rag pe haath rakh diya. So many truth bombs and all delivered with panache and class. (Kuch sikho Vanraj. No need hurt our eardrums to get your point across)
MAA has the audacity to claim she was going to say the same thing. Don't try to pull a fast one on us MAA. If it had been upto you by now Pakhi would be with child already and living permanently in KM. The only reason it has not happened yet is because Anuj has consistently put his foot down and gone over your head to speak up. Varna ye toh beti beti bol ke le aati Pakhi ko KM me.
Vanraj....this guy has an ego a mile wide and no grit to back it up. The minute someone starts pointing out the real flaws in his children/family he puffs up like a baboon forgetting all about how he himself was mourning minutes ago over the same things. Baa not very far behind, trying to shove her burden on other people's shoulders. She was all ready to shove Pakhi over to Anupama and wash her hands in behti Ganga. Phir do din baad Anupama ko hi gaali deti ki tune meri poti ki zindagi barbad ki hai and all that.
Sadly Barkha's advice is being ignored by Adhik. Hopefully he gets a real chance to stay away from Pakhi and realize that all that glitters is not gold and Shahs are all glitter and no gold. Scratch that they are not even glitter. And I never really got what Adhik even sees in Pakhi an unlikable, rude, crass, good for nothing brat. Barkha keep those divorce papers handy. Mauka dekh ke bacha le apne bhai ko.
As an only child whose both parents have worked most of her childhood, I really felt little Anu's pain when she said she did not like being left alone in house. Anuj was again on point. If Anu feels lonely with her so called parents then she will eventually start thinking that she had been better off in the orphanage. Or worse that she is somehow undeserving of her mother's attention as she is not her biological child. And no child deserves this kind of treatment. Anupama's biological children are grown up and should be able to handle things on their own (another point that Anuj rightly raised in front of the Shahs) All this molly coddling is not getting them anywhere.
Anupama needs to focus on this young child she agreed to adopt with the promise of a home and family. She did not have the guts to say no to Anuj when he brought the adoption up and ever since poor little Anu has shown up at KM, the child has been berated, left to fend for herself and neglected. And the minute Anuj tries to defend his daughter or ask (he can demand but he really does ask) Anupama to pay attention to their adopted child MAA will make faces or get offended like she did this episode. Itni himmat thi kabhi Vanraj ko aisa bolne ki? Waha toh kabhi kuch bola ni gaya and yaha Anuj pyaar se samjha raha hai, request kar raha toh offend ho rahi hai madam. Sach me laato ke bhoot baaton se kabhi nahi mante.
Precap was good. Hope it's reality and not some dream as I want Anuj to get angry on Anupama. Patani aadhi raat me kyu marne gayi Shah house me. Pari ke mom dad se nahi sambhalti bacchi? And btw she could have carried Pari back to KM she is the grandmother after all. Seeing as in precap neither Kinjal nor Toshu are visible for miles, I doubt they would have minded. MAA se toh muh kholke bola bhi nahi gaya me yahi hu aap jayie.
Sidenote: I guess we have given up all pretense of SH not being two steps away from KM. Aren't they on opposite sides of Ahmedabad? Or was that just me who was mistaken?
