Psyche of kids from broken family

Instead of showing baby kidnap etc why cannot makers show pyche of kids coming from broken family

I mean when mom dad are full life together without any affair those parents kids are more secure by nature and less emotionally flipping they do not have stable relationships in life

Instead of showing this aspect of broken home kids like toshu pakhi samar they are showing toshu kidnap baby

That is his own daughter, anupama and kinjal cannot stop him meeting his child as per law even if hes done extra marital affair you see

Otherwise 50% fathers could not meet their kids in world

Kinjal can divorce Toshu but not take awa his rights on his child

Like how anupama acan go and meet her kids in Shah house toshu can do same for his baby

Also anupama acannot punish Toshuu for kidnapping baby because its his daughter

Anupama and vanraj and kinjal have no rights as per law to stop baby from being taken by Toshu actually as hes father

Yes til kid is 7 years or so they give to mother mostly but thats not a rule

I know single fathers whose wife left them brining up babies or kids alone

Although i do not like toshu character i feel vanraj and anupama doing too much drama over him

As father toshu can meet his child he has all right no court no society can stop him defintly not vanraj and anupama who failed to give him stable happy family in life

Why anupama did not restrict vanraj from seeing her 3 kids after affairs with kavya divorce affair with malvika etc

Why double standards to toshu only

Kinjal must go to her mom rakhi house and let toshu stay with Shahs or wherever and allow ihim to vvisit his baby when he wants certain days of week

Even court will say same actually

Kinjal or anupama or vanraj cannot say no meeting your baby as you had affair etc

Kinjal will only get divroce not restrictions on toshu to meet his child at most

Neither anupama has any right to stop toshu from meeting his child

Stop sending wrong messages in serial a father has much more right than any grand parent on his child ever in world

Indeed a father can tell grandparents do not meet my child but grand parent cannot tell father do not meet child as per law

Instead of this kidnap drama which is not kidnap actually as its a father taking his child show why toshu had ema because vanraj anupama normalized it in their marraige etc

What is use of this track to glorify anupama or vanraj is it?

As per law a father can never kidnap his child if he takes it away he has rights actually its his child. Anupama or vanraj are no one to stop him. This is law a father has 100% rights on his kids whether ema or not whether divorce or not. God has given rights which anupama cannot take away for ema or anything

Indeed toshu can go to court saying kinjal and anupama not allowing him to meet his child they will get reprimanded in court

Exactly....Kinjal, Shahs and Kapadias are behaving as if Kinjal owns the child.....they are so wrong....keeping a Dad away from his kid....

There is no connection how anupama treat vanya and how kinjal treating toshu

Anupama children specially toshu pakhi want both father and mother love inspite of divorce .

Pakhi use to cry to anupama I cannot live without mummy and papa .she said I want both mummy and papa so anupama assures hee all children that specially Pakhi toshu that even they get divorce they will remain parents of them ever

And in case of kinjal all decision is taken by kinjal only that is whether toshu can meet baby or not anupama is not saying anything ki tum divorce do ya na do ya baby apne father se milne do ya na do .she is not saying anything .anupama is just supporting what her kinjal wish

I swear! In fact Anupama sat and convinced her kids not to hate Vanraj, when they found out about his affair with Kavya. Initially Pakhi said she hated him but Anupama convinced her that he is a good father and later tried to convince Samar also to forgive his father. Their first reaction was to hate him. And while Vanraj was trying to poison their mind against Anupama, she was doing this. Which is fine, it's because of her good nature but the same yardstick should be applied for Toshu also then!

Kinjal should definitely divorce him and he should be punished, but he can't not be allowed to see his child. Vanraj saying "we will decide what to do with you and you have to accept our decision" makes no sense in respect to the child.

The makers should use this as an opportunity to show how Toshu learnt from his father and Vanraj also realising how grave his mistake was, genuinely repenting and apologising and suffering for his actions (not just saying sorry and escaping all repercussions). It will give a message about the effect of a parent's behaviour on a child.

And Anupamaa should also realise that she should have held Vanraj more accountable and not just forgiven him so easily. Yes, she gave a divorce but apart from that it never affected him in any manner, in fact he just got a free pass to marry Kavya, and his life remained unchanged on a personal level. If she had held him more accountable, rather than become friends with him before he even truly repented, Toshu would have seen that it's not something he can just get away with.

Yeah but it's funny cuz this dude didn't even want the kid at first and he was away sleeping with another women while his wife was giving birth to that same child, his oh-so-ladli Pari. True legally he's entitled to see his child, but I would be concerned what kind of values this guys would instill. Watching how he interacts with his own mother perhaps she would think that's how she should treat her mother as well. 🤔

Yeah, while he is entitled to see his child at present, he 100% won't be able to take up the responsibility or be a good father, so he'd eventually lose custody rights anyway. He hasn't been able to handle any relationship or job, where will he handle a child. He just thinks of Pari as his possession, his entitlement, pretty sure he won't be able to fulfill the duties associated with raising a child.

Psychotic behaviour, the way he's blackmailing Kinjal, saying because she decided to give him a divorce, he'll never let her see the child forever...I mean, what?? How can she ever think of forgiving and being with such a psycho, forget the cheating part.
