The point is the scene shouldn't have been written or shot at all. There are other ways to show comedy. And this isn't comedy. And according to the makers V is a Saint so the Saint shouldn't be laughing either.

On this, I want to share my experience.. around 6-7 yrs back, we along with my daughter of age 4 yr went to meet a family for the matrimonial purpose for my younger sister. On boy side, there were his bade bhayia, bhabhi and son of age 5-6 yr.

In bw convo- that bada bhai said to his son, " isse ( my daughter) ghar le chale.. (meant not baacho waala, ladki ko ). what do u people think.. is it funny?

Believe me, no one not my husband uttered a single word. leave my dad who used to ask me to touch feet of boy's family at the time of the first meeting only.

Although my husband is a gem, never ever can think of disrespecting a woman, I dont remember, he even noticed it or not.

you can imagine, how did I feel at that time, but remained quiet. Do you think, a girl should marry into a family of such a mentality?

I have not seen a single episode of rwsp.

I saw few clips on IF. Was anupama sitting on lap and pretending Anupama carrying Gk comedy? for me, no one is saint.

Other than it, I have no idea.

Yea yea it was comedy.

I don't remember the episode exactly but even in the serial there were times when the guy mamaji flirted with RD in front of entire Shah House including the female protagonist. The real issue is the makers don't understand this is wrong. They think it's light hearted comedy and they keep adding it expecting viewers to laugh

It's extremely disappointing to see that the show that promised to promote women empowerment has become the show promoting women abuse more than any other show. Mamaji's sexual innuendos were so cheap. "Mujhe Garba Yaad Nahin, Lekin Rakhi Ji Yaad Hai"," Kavya Nahin To Kya, Rakhi Ji To Hain", "I am mentally dating Rakhi Ji". WTH. Rakhi was clearly uncomfortable. She requested Mamaji to stop flirting multiple times, but the entire family laughed as if Mamaji was having some harmless fun. What do you want to show? A woman not accompanied by her husband or boyfriend can be treated as men's sex toys? I think, every woman, at some point in her life has become the victim of such seemingly harmless sexual jokes. It is damaging. What may look like a harmless fun activity, can be damaging for someone's mental health. Instead of normalising rape culture, the makers could have shown how to deal with such situations bravely. Shame on you, DKP. Legal actions should be taken towards this hypocrite and regressive PH.

They cannot show romance between a married couple but can encourage such things. Makers/writers are narrow minded bigots

Mamaji's lines for Rakhi are horrible. I don't understand how Kinjal is okay with and laughs with them.

Even if Anupama wasn't present in this episode , she has been a witnesses to this nonsensical conversations in the past several times, right from the get go. She can give page after page bhashan to others on tameez. But she OK to be a part of this, laugh it out as if its nothing if she's not at the receiving end. Rakhi is her samdhan. Who talks to samdhan like that? The one and only Shah family.🤣

Does anyone see any value in Mamaji's char in this story? Useless char🤔
