Ok... So I got into an interesting exchange with BV, I sometimes chat with her, so today I let her know how fandom is reacting to her sloppy screenplay, and maybe she can take a break from fangirling KGF2 and RJing at night and concentrate on her writing.

Boy she took it personally, asked not to get personal, I do what I do in my free time. Feedback is welcome, but her personal life/time are hers.

I said how is it personal, you post it online, so it's public and yes, if my boss sees my insta post on IPL cricket and staying up till 3 am and not meeting deadline the next day, yes I'll be held accountable for performance based on my social Media posts as one of the factors.

Second, on the personal bit, I see your point and hers. I was thinking the same yesterday. It would’ve been personal (imo) if she didn’t put “today’s motivation for writing” with kgf in the background or even her helper Didi’s post on crying (personal that was kaafi) after watching one episode. But well you and her and others too Infact can agree to disagree. I like how you mentioned that the chat ended amicably. (Ofcourse no offence meant to you. Just my personal take 💚)

On the story bit, I’m very interested in knowing what her take was? She does come across as rude at times (but I’m always all for giving people multiple chances so for me she lacks comms skills - strange as a writer but ok and her non existent sense of humour or maybe muh phatt attitude idk)

Did you think that she really cared about the feedback? Or was it just to get the convo going?

From her live, she did mention that she browses through twitter and with all tags to Ketaki, I’m sure they read. And if they say they don’t have a set of interns to just browse through SM, they’ll be lying through their teeth!

Bold: I don't think she may have understood. We would have seen changes by now if she did. No offense to her in any way, she gave us some amazing episodes and I thank her halfheartedly for that (Because other half is in disbelief). But if she thinks that she is writing a masterpiece and if I don't agree, then it is only sensible that I leave instead of asking her to change.
